Not ARC related, but Morningside will play for the NAIA title this Saturday, after beating fellow Iowa school Grand View in the semi finals.
Coach Finstock - "There are three rules that I live by: never get less than twelve hours sleep; never play cards with a guy who has the same first name as a city; and never get involved with a woman with a tattoo of a dagger on her body. Now you stick to that and everything else is cream cheese."

Under the category of meaningless fun (for me anyway) trivia, when I got to Central in 1967. they had ended their 1966 football season with a NAIA play-off loss to UWWhitewater and they opened their 1967 season with a non-conference win at North Central.

That is the content I am here for during the offseason.  Love to hear history from around the conference.

He is a Motor Vehicle Enforcment officer in the state of Iowa.
Another successful Kohawk making his mark.

I'm so happy 'cause today I found my friends. They're in my head.  I'm so ugly, that's okay, 'cause so are you!

UD punter Andy Vujnovich has transferred to UW-Madison as a walk-on punter.  Will be interested to see if he can win the job there.

Doing a little off-season research and looks like Wartburg is playing the Gusties and the Scots in Non-Conference games next year, anyone else know who is on the Non-Conference schedules around the ARC?

Looks like Gustavus will host BVU the week before they travel to Waverly to take on your Knights.

Dubuque is scheduled to play Marietta and UW-La Crosse.  Not sure which week they play who and which games will be home or away.

Coe has their 2020 conference schedule posted, so if anyone wants to know which week they play Coe and you can take a look at their page.  No word on their non-con part of the schedule yet.

Prayers to UD's chopper pilot

Quote from: KWWL / UD"The university can confirm that there was an incident involving one of our helicopters and a student pilot. While the incident is under investigation, we can confirm that the student has non-life-threatening injuries and is being treated for his injuries. We will release more information as it becomes available," Stacey Ortman, Director of Public Information, said.
