Post Game Review.

Outstanding first 3 quarters played by the Loars deffense.  This was lead by Brock Hall, which seems to be playing with some type of hand injury.  Facts are facts.  The deffensive unit for the DuHawks spent more time on the field than the offense did and led to a tired squad.  To many 3 and outs in the 4th quarter when you needed to pick up the deffense and give them a blow.  

Warburg did not look impressive at all until the 4th quarter when the ran over a tired Loras deffense.  They had virtually no offense in the first half.  It will be interesting to see the upcoming games for the Knights and see how they respond.

Nice work by the Knights stepping up in the 2nd half to put some points on the board and recover after last weeks loss.  Announcers said something like -6 yards rushing at halftime....nice work to turn it around

Sounded like a Defensive battle between Wartburg and Loras.  Not much of an air game there...Van Rees did not play today, hopefully he will be back next week as I'm sure Coe will be working extra hard to stop Suckow.  Field position was key in the game.  Some bad snaps by the DuHawks and nice punt returns from Wartburg (Weber is one hell of a Punt Returner)

Nice, hard fought game at the Rock Bowl today.  Wartburg announcers made it sound like Loras has a pretty nice facility there now....I even heard a little renovation to their sound system as the one and only MC Hammer provided some music for the crowd during one timeout today.

Wow that was an exciting  ending ot a game.  Congrats to the Central deffense for holding on and getting the job done.
