Wow.....great job today Dutch!

Last game I can think of that was a total domination like this was the 1999 Playoff win over UW-LaCrosse where the Dutch went up there and cleaned house.  Next week will be a huge game....you can bet Bethel will be jacked up for it!

Thunderbolt

Nice job Dutch, left no doubt. If the Johnnies hadn't recovered all of their own fumbles it would have been real ugly. Way to represent.

Congratulations Dutch....I can't believe that the Dutch have better players and coaches...I gotta believe that the Dutch just wanted it more...and it was Central's day.  Next weeks game is going to be really interesting....unfamiliar names on the marquee.
Don't forget your booties cause it's cold out there!

Wow!  Great game today Dutch!  It's great for the Iowa Conference that the Dutch played more statistically tight conference games than the non-conference games.  There is luck involved in being 12-0 with so many tight games, but at this point the Dutch look a little better than many on this board were giving them credit for during much of the regular season.  Good luck next week and congrats for getting back to playing games in December!

Perhaps the close win over Carleton and the loss to Bethel to lose the
Minnesota Conference actually were more than fluky exceptions for the Johnnies.

So if I remember correctly, St. Olaf beat Luther, B.V. beat Bethel, Central beat St. Thomas, Loras beat St. Thomas, Augsburg beat Wartburg, and Central beat St. John's.  Iowa Conference leads, 4-2.

I guess the MIAC isn't quite as dominant compared to the IIAC as some posters thought around the time when Augsburg beat Wartburg.

I actually respect the Johnny program and wish them good luck in 2008.  This was a good win for Central and the entire league.

Wow.  Great game, and much appreciated (although unexpected) result!

A new red has risen!

GO DUTCH!

Congratulations to Central on a great game today and great season so far. Good luck the rest of the way.

See ya next year?

Just got back from the beach...Low 70's and sunny (ain't it that way everywhere?)   8)

From the score I'd say there's quite of bit of sunshine in Pella this afternoon, too.

Nice game Dutch.

There.  Enjoy it today.

Now get ready for Bethel.  It's your bracket.  You need to win it.   ;)

You betcha, the way the Johnnies played today you're welcome back anytime.  Actually, Connel was on fire and a little pressure plus excellant coverage seemed to put Kofeod on his back foot most of the day.

Congratulations to the Dutch, especially the fifth year seniors, too bad the Johnnies broke up the shutout in garbage time.

Too bad Wartburg suffered that midseason collective brain fart against Augsburg.

Woulda been nice to see how they fared if they could have sneaked in with just the Central loss...

Pulling for a another convincing Central win over the MIAC's best.

5th year seniors?  What's up with that?  This is D3.  I can see a medical redsirt or 2...who has the bank to go to a private college w/o athletic aid for 5 years?

Maybe there's some transfers mixed in...

Hello to all in IIAC world!

Impressive win against SJU.

I'm looking forward to the west region final at Pella!

Sounds like Central is a great group of players, may the best team win.

Go BU!

To Dutch fans that were there...

How do you feel St John's would have fared against Wartburg or the DBQ?
