Aargh. Gonna be a late night for me.
We've just been told that the game has been bumped another half hour, so start time is now 1:30 Central.
What are the chances of the game being cancelled?

Roger that. It'll be a slow day tomorrow. Right now it is 22:30, so 10:30 at night.

Dutch  where are you Afghanistan?

Not to be a smartass, but its only 6 past the hour here.  How is it already half past there?

he wrote that at 2 after, Im fairly certain there are some time zones that only jump a half hour, so that could be the case...just a wild guess

I don't own any Central gear.  But I was able to find a red t-shirt to put under a beige...which for the purposes of today I will call white sweatshirt.  That's the best I can do for Central karma today since I am certain I won't be pulling out the lucky mower today.

Go Dutch...keep the playoff run going!!!

when would they play instead if it was cancelled?

Airborne Dutch

Afghanistan operates on some screwed up half hour thing. I don't get it either. Kubiack, I'm right outside Khowst. Its a provincial capital that is about 150km SW of Kabul. I'm about 20 km from the Pakistan border, so anytime you ready about border incidents and eastern Afghanistan, thats where I'm at. Well, not directly, but thats our area of responsibility.

I just got a weather report from the field, its above 32 and raining now so if they can get the field clear the game will go on. We have lights so time isnt an issue. If for some reason it does get cancelled I would imagine its played asap, as in tomorrow.

MUC up 21-0 in 2nd, UMHB up at half.

I'm sitting here in Kabul ;)

No way. Whats the weather like up there? Everything outside of here is on weather hold. No rotary wing flights going anywhere in RC East. Hopefully this means that the hooligans that are running around here are packing it up for the winter.

Thats about what it was like here for most of the afternoon, minus the sleet. What are you doing up in Kabul, kubiack?

This sucks for the players who are all ready to go, and now have to wait.

We were supposed to have the same weather here that you were getting in Pella, but yours is much worse than ours. The weather guys said we'd get a few inches of snow today, then maybe some freezing rain. Our biggies will be two giant wind and rainstorms in the next two days, and I'd take those over ice storms. I hate those!

I'm with you, Warty. Stay inside and keep warm. You can't control your rig on ice anyway.

Good luck to Central when the game gets going. No injuries to either team.

Nice rain here in DM right now. If it weren't 30 degrees, there would be no problems.
You come to Wartburg to play for championships
