As long as we are on the subject of movies...and this has been worrying me for a few days now.  Do I have to turn in my man card for watching "Waiting to exhale" the other night with my wife???  I could argue that I didn't have a choice because she had the remote...but then some on here might reply with "why did she have control of the remote to begin with"!!!

Yep -- you should definitely turn in your card -- I don't even watch movies like "Waiting to Exhale"......Doolittle, I'm very concerned.....

Turn it in, she should not have had the remote to start with, you should have never watched Waiting to Exhale.  You should have gone to the garage or basement and proceded to nail pieces of wood together or weld something while drinking.

One movie that I think we should get a pass on is Field of Dreams when he asks his dad to play catch at the end... No shame at that point if you ask me. Also, Rudy...perfectly ok to well up a little in my opinion

The chick-flicks, probably not so much

That's why men on here think you are the perfect woman...you like sports AND you don't watch chick flicks!!!

That must be how you have so much karma  ;D ;D ;D

My wife is now telling me she doesn't think I need to turn in my card.  I shovel walks and mow and let our 2 year old use me as a tackling dummy...she says that might negate watching the chick flick with her...and besides, it was actually only the last 45 minutes of it that I watched.  I hope she is right!!!

See, I got teary at the end of We Are Marshall, Rudy, The Field of Dreams ... some movies are OK to shed a tear for.

Shocking that I'm still single, isn't it??  ;D
