Anyone out there have info about if their school archives their internet broadcasts???  I know Dubuque and Simpson archive their games but I haven't noticed any of the other schools doing so.  I like to listen to old games while I work and it would be nice to hear the broadcasts from other schools announcers.

Here's what I found for BV in the 30 seconds I glanced at the site.  I think they may have more archives somewhere around there as well.

Anyone know when the field for UD is supposed to be done? I looked on their website and I see that it still hasn't been laid yet.

Nice story about Chad Eisenman and his Central comeback.  But tell me ... does the picture of him on the D3football homepage look like his defensive play there was ripe for a pass interference call?

The before shot. http://www.pictureprints.net/albums.php?gallery=1941&photo=0016

Yeah, he might have gotten away with one there.

You used the correct word there.  "Might"  That picture does not show the hand or arm on him.  You can not tell from that pic if the arm or hand is in contact with the Oliver player.  Not because I am a Dutch fan but because that is what is shown by the pic.  I would be the first to say he got away with one if he truly did get away with something.

I have never seen anyone fight so hard to justify a pass defense.  He didn't get a flag and its amazing that the young man is upright and breathing today let a lone playing football.

FBdaddy hit the nail on the head and I will expand:  All good players get away with something from time to time ;)

ShowMe, I will let you be just a fan.  The two of us might be just about the only ones on here that aren't either a former player, cheerleader, parent, or employee of one of the IIAC schools!!!

And I like your enthusiasm!!!  Support your school and dream big...even if it isn't very likely!!!  Me being a Spartan fan I know where you are coming from!!!

You will have a lot of fun on this board.  Everyone supports their school and gives other supporters trouble.  But last year come playoff time you found just about everyone from the IIAC board rooting for Central to do well in the playoffs.  At the end of the day we all have fun on this board.

Tell me about supporting Central in the playoffs! I think I'm still getting karma stolen by angry Johnnies!

No way.  K battles are for game week only.  There are miscreant lurkers that have the time (lack of lives?) to spare pinging away for the rest of the year, but it ain't one of us.

I thought the Dutch/Johnnie week was a hoot.  The Johnnie fans seem like a great bunch of beer-guzzlin', wise-crackin', ice-fishin', hollerin' at the top of their lungs all game long, fans.

We IIAC'ers have some great fans, but a Johnnie game with its Stiftungfestterburgerstein is an EVENT.  I've only seen pictures online and there's just no comparison...it looks like a D-1 event at a D-III game.

Its worth having Heys Rev. 3 look at being a Johnny just to have a reason to go.  But from what I've seen you don't need any better reason than being a football fan to have fun there.

We would love to have him in Red.  Then he could brag to big brother about being an IIAC Champ and getting to the playoffs.   ;D ;D ;D ;D

Yes Simpson is always looking for good players ;D ;D ;D

QuoteI was in the Virgin Islands once. Met a girl. We ate lobster and drank pina-coladas. At sunset we made love like Sea Otters. That was a pretty good day. Why couldn't I get that day over and over and over?

That wonderful day in your life must not have been February 2nd that year.  :-\

Actually its a Bill Murray line from the movie, Groundhog Day...   ;D

Sort of a private game I have going with some friends to see if they can guess the actor and movie.

Responding to that remark is beneath me.  ;)

Did anyone notice the first guy voted out in Big Brother wore a Wartburg shirt?

Was he a football player at Wartburg?????? ??? ???

Great Article on the Central kid.  I can't really fathom going from 185-140 that quickly and then getting back to playing ball.  Pretty Impressive.

Also, in regards to the argument on the PI.  Being an "expert" on such defensive calls, I concur that it was not a penalty.   ;D

Walston,  I noticed the big Financial Architects sign off of I-80 on my way back from CF. (I had never noticed that there before)   Is that the home office?  Is that where  Heying works out of?   Tell him I said hey next time you run into him.

Storm, the meat head from big brother didn't play @ WB as far as I know.

Last nights Barnstormers  game:   Brannen threw eight touchdowns and ran for two others as the Barnstormers (5-9) erupted for a season-high points in a 76-53 arenafootball2 victory against the Quad City Steamwheelers (7-7).

Looks like the Barnstormers are becoming an IIAC all star team.  I would've loved to see Brannen have a target like Dusty Kain back in the day, and now they are both Barnstormers.  Kain made his debut on Saturday.

Way to go Joe
Go Kohawks!
I'm so happy 'cause today I found my friends. They're in my head.  I'm so ugly, that's okay, 'cause so are you!
