Reason #1 to work at ESPN: Erin Andrews  ;D

Well maybe for a single guy your age it would be.

Dana Jacobson - Valley HS in West Des Moines' own.

Not as good a reason as Erin Andrews but still worth the climb.

You think Al Davis would have put up with Favre's crap?

Uh, hello Brett...take a seat next to Mah-cus.

I don't know he might have.  I think Davis puts up with more than most.  The question is what would Lombardi have done.   :o :o

Al would have chilled Favre out the same way he iced Marcus Allen.

It's a different NFL than in Lombardi's day.

Good to hear that flood recovery in Cedar Rapids has progressed enough for the conference office to return to its downtown offices. You have to wonder, though, why they need offices at all.
4 IIAC football championships
8 NCAA football playoff appearances
13 straight wins over Cornell in the oldest football rivalry west of the Mississippi

I hear she has some interesting things to say about Notre Dame when you get some vodka in her.

Like a shart?

And just to get it out of the way...I would vote against the whole "confidence picks" theory for the pick-em.  I think the old/current system is just fine.

They need a place to put the phones.  That are ringing off the hook.  To request full realtime video webcast of all IIAC games.

All the more reason she should have something else to do with her mouth...once you get a few Vodkas in her.  :-X

But with PH sitting at home watching Heys Jr. on the computer we won't be able to tailgate with him and his bell...and beer!!!

There has to be a punter and a kicker at Cornell, tryout each student, girls too, until we find a punter to average 40 yards a kick and a kicker to make field goals inside the 30. .

5 IIAC punters in the last 5 years have averaged 40 yards/punt so if Cornell can find someone out of the blue to do that, consider me very impressed.

Have a little faith, wish us up some good luck.

I'll take a punter that can contribute the IIAC average punt.

NCAA should move Men's Soccer to the Spring or Winter so we can get some of those guys out to kick for the football team.

Cornell might find a few decent db's on the mens soccer field as well ;)

Purple Heys, official dirty old man of IIAC message board.  Not that there's anything wrong with that.

If Cornell is anything like BV, the soccer team is full of DBs.
