Looks like Simpson beat GVC today 38-21.  Reutzl had 3 TD's.  I thought they might monkey stomp GVC, or maybe GVC is better than advertised.

GVC has some play makers and Simpson played it real close today ... GVC also scored with 3 sec left  8) 8) 8) 8)

Cornell can't even play the "at least we're smarter than them" card on Grinnell.

Show ME has some explaining to do ??? ??? ??? ???

Painful Deja Vu for the Duhawks today.  They looked great in the first half taking a lead into the break only to fall flat in the second.  McGrew and McMahon played great and the defense remained fairly solid.  The Secondary picked off a couple and forced at least one fumble.

The new QB did well, but had trouble eluding the sack and unloading the ball when he needed to. Turnovers and penalties killed Loras today, hopefully they can sure that up as the season progresses and actually win a close game.

Not going to lie...Dewey is a pretty good looking bird/furry beaked body builder.

ShowMe

This is ShowMe's Wife,

We had to rush him to the hospital this afternoon about 4:00pm.

He choked of some crow but the doctors says he'll be allright by tomorrow.

Just joking boys

We lost a tough one. We again had our chances. There were about 8 mistakes hurt us and we struggled with the passing game for several reasons.

We still have some work to do with the team.

We'll lick our wounds and continue to improve.

+K to you, ShowMe.  It couldn't have been easy to come back on after today's game.  While several of us might have thought your bubble needed bursting, that wasn't the way or the time we wanted it to happen.

Wow, Coe, Grinnell, Cornell, Luther, Loras, and BV all lose.  Not the tough IIAC win percent we are accustomed to.  There's always next week.  Sounds like heartbreakers at the end for Cornell and BV.  Simpson and Wartburg also closer than I had expected.  Don't be too impressed with the Dutch win, the Muskie offense looked more like a carp floppin' in the bottom of the boat, pretty ugly.
