The last time Cornell and Coe played this early it was in 1974.
maybe if the season started Aug. 1. It was Coe's sixth game.

Coe has won 8 in a row against Cornell. That is the longest winning streak in the series for either team.(Going by memory on this one, for some reason I couldn't open up the all-time scores tab on the Cornell website)
Coe won 11 straight over the Hams from 1950-60.

Nice clear day for football.  I have psyched myself up and can accept that the streak will come to an end today.  No, not that streak!  Today is the day Wartburg's streak of not losing back-to-back games comes to an end.   ;D ;D ;D  I hope!!!

I think its safe to say that UD wins the "Hands Across the World" award.

Hope all teams perform well today except Cornell.  Coe needs a win to come out from losing both nonconfrence games(which were the hardest one out of the IIAC). From talking with some of the guys they are hungry for a win and ready to take out their anger from the two losses on Cornell.  I will be there to cheer them on for the first time this year.  Hopefully bring them some good luck and blow them out.  Other predictions are UDubb over Luther, Simpson over BV, & Central over Wartburg.

On one little side note my hometown Indianola is 4-0 for the first time since 1975.  They have been playing for a fallen teammate who callopsed after a kickoff during practice(during camp) and has been in a coma since.  These kids are playing everygame for their fallen teammate and its really something to watch.  Running back had 647 rushing yards after the first 3 games.  Ok now back to IIAC action.

I am listening to the game.  But, as I expected, I can't figure out where the video is that I was hoping to see.  Anyone having any luck?

Being able to watch the game online is awesome. Just finished up the Iowa game. Absolutely perplexed at the playcalling by the Hawks. Why Stanzi didn't play in the second half is a mystery to me. Pat, you sound great on the radio,

I didn't think I was going to like the 21st Century but if I get to watch Central football games it might be okay.
