Everybody have a happy and safe holiday tomorrow.  Good luck to the Knights on Saturday.  Nobody try to pull a "Metrodome" type incident on Saturday either ;)

Wartburg Fan

Want to wish everyone a Happy and Safe Thanksgiving day. Enjoy your families and the games most of you play with the family on Turkey day.

Happy Thanksgiving to all.

And to those of you driving down to Monmouth to watch the Knights ... safe travels and Happy Trails.
Reality is for those who lack imagination 😀

Hope everyone has plenty of reasons to be thankful today!
You come to Wartburg to play for championships

warthog

Oh yes, plenty to be thankful for.  All the warthog clan has gathered here at home.

Lots of noise, trash talk and arguing as they play Madden Football and Guitar Hero.  I love it!

Looking forward to seeing some of you Saturday.

Have a great holiday and drive carefully to all your events.

Having been at Monmouth last week, here is some advise. Do NOT plan on tailgating near the field. We have an organized Parent group that was set up at the baseball field around 6 blocks away and then shuttled to the game. The area was paved and was a great lot...except that the baseball field had been winterized and you had to travel 4 blocks to use the john. Parking around the football field is scarce at best. Get there EARLY if you want a spot. Eat before you get there..the hot chocolate was watered down candy bars and the hot dogs were gross. The fans are MOSTLY very nice. Lastly, for those bringing people who hate the cold, the Library is off of one end zone and had free coffee during the game.

Hey if you want good consession go see a movie.  Part of taking in a football game is tailgating.  One should so be fully and jolly before heading into the game that there should be no need for disgusting hot dogs and water down hot coccoa.

Happy Thanksgiving to all.

We have a lot to be thankful this holiday season.  I hope everyone on this board who wants to be employed is gainfully and looking forward to a great holiday season.

For those of your who are retired, I hope I can get there some day!

Happy Thanksgiving & safe travel to all. Drove the 4 blocks to the mom-in-laws to start the bird as my wife said "in my new toy" (oil-free fryer). Decided I better come back to keep tabs so I don't burn the bird or her house!! Should be a good day with family & may have a couple of Wart football players joining also. Look forward to sesing many of you Sat.

Happy Thanksgiving to all!  Had a great day with all of the family.  Food was great.  The football game was great.  No broken bones or injuries to report.  We had all ages out there and sexes too.  Had nieces, Nephews, sons, grandsons, Father-in-Law, sons Father-in-Law, Brother-in-Law out there.  Good workout and made room for the desert.  Hope all had as good of a day as I did.  Truly blessed with all that was going on today.  Hope you all had the same or more blessings.

Yes. Especially Detroit. For all the great history the Lions have on Thanksgiving day, they don't deserve to be on national tv until they get a real team.

Too bad Ford owns the Lions and Ford is the biggest sponsor of Fox. Detroit on Thanksgiving isnt going anywhere...

I don't know...as a Titans fan I had a great time watching them humiliate the Lions yesterday.

Having lost 12.6 billion in 06, 2.7 billion in 07 and 8.9 through the first three quarters of 08, Ford may be going somewhere soon. I don't think this quarter is going to be to special either. They may not be able to sponser a turkey dinner by next Thanksgiving.
