Saturday forecast
Whitewater, WI:  26 degrees with Flurries

Oceanside, CA:  70 and Partly Cloudy  (our waves have Whitewater)   Only the Sierra Nevada will be cold   8)

26 is cold?  I was thinking I might actually need to put a stocking cap on for the game this weekend, maybe.  I'm sure WH will still be wearing the jersey for tailgating (not all day).

We doing dirty 'staches for the game so some of the Ex-Oline don't feel out of place this time?

Dirty Staches.....now that is funny.  Don't know if it would be a good idea, may look too much like most of the wisconsin crowd ;D

Heys, in response to your weather comments, I'll refer you to the penguin on the telly sketch. You and the penguin can do the same.

Just kidding! :D ;D :D ;D :D ;D
NKD: "We need a f**king touchdown, excuse my French"
FBD: "I didn't know touchdown was French."

Thank goodness I reread the post...I thought you wrote Sanchez!

My first thought after reading, "Wow, Wartburg throws a different kind of tailgate party."   :o

Aaron Kampman on Coach Ed Thomas
I believe his greatest legacy comes not in how many football games he won or lost but in the fact that he was a committed follower of Jesus Christ.

It caught me off guard when I pulled into the parking lot and Hitler was drinking a Gin-up in my parking spot.

I just thought he was planning on starting a new career as a police officer.  Or a Monmouth College rent-a-cop with nothing better to do than make people dump out their drinks.

Looking around, and in talking to some people, it sounds like the Knights should probably just save the trip to Whitewater as it appears we don't have much of a chance to compete with the mighty WIAC.  Just take the money from the NCAA that we would spend on travel and save it for next year. Maybe pay another assistant coach with that much money. Oh well, good luck to Whitewater in the next round.

I was wondering how long the WW supporters could resist dismissing Wartburg.  Last week I rode the UWW bandwagon because the Willamette supports were many sizes too big for their britches, making UWW look good in comparison.  This week?  I'm behind humble Wartburg.  Play tough, boys.

I hope you are being facetious. No one wins two playoff games without a good deal of talent. I'm anticipating a very good and hard fought game.

Chance of a lifetime, Wartburg fans.  If you share enough booze with the ladies, you might be able to say you ran a train while riding a bus.   :o
When it's 3rd and 10, you can take the milk drinkers, and I'll take the whiskey drinkers every time.

This ain't Iowa City. Wartburg women don't go to the bathroom with random strangers. Most of 'em at least.

Walston, Wartburg had darned well better show up on Saturday!  UWW spent ALL MORNING today focusing on Wartburg before dividing up the rest of the week game planning for UMHB and W&J. (The funny thing is you think I'm kidding!)
