Gotta love Vacation    I miss those old National Lampoon movies.  Christmas Vacation is probably my favorite.

I had planned on being there for the game this weekend (in-laws live in San Antonio), but something changed and we are staying here.  Safe travels to those of you heading down there.  Hope it's a good game with a favorable result for the Cru.

Final* non-conference game between these 2 teams before TLU re-joins the ASC next season.  I had circled this game before the season began, but with their loss last week, I don't know what to expect.  ETBU is the real deal, though, so I imagine this will still be a good game.

This will be a very telling game for me. I'm still not sold on ETBU and had a feeling TLU was just a temporary contender and wouldn't be able to sustain their level of relative success. I feel like last week's result says more about TLU than ETBU but I guess we will find out.

If UMHB runs through TLU (like I fully expect to be the case) then I think that will show that both TLU and ETBU still have some ground to make up before being serious contenders. Unless you have to play them in a mud wrestling match instead of a football game..... but I'm not bitter

Watched the ETBU game and post game interview with ETBU's coach, I like him. Yes he is young, but I see this as a positive for the program, of course I want to see a loss to UMHB, but I can still like them so this season ETBU will be my side team to watch, as well as Southwestern cause... well...I like the scrappy nature of their program..

Good to see ETBU to 20 on the D3 poll....but that is far enough

There an initial band of rain moving through Seguin now, but it'll be out of there in an hour.   THere's a larger band of light rain well off to the NW (think Abilene) that may or may not come into play by game time.
