I love the mock bracket...soooo NCAA hear that! I said so....settled... That bracket, if taken with some strong medicine could possibly see a UMHB/HSU in the Semi Finals... how great would that be.. two Texas teams in the hunt for a Stagg bowl in Texas... of course all of the other programs out there would have to cooperate...so...lets get on the phones. call them and ask them to not play, it's that easy...(I hear nurse ratchett calling me for medication time, i'll be right back)
Yeah I saw Luke off the field yesterday, I'm hoping it is not serious, but Jase was just fine, and D'narion delivered as well, no worries...

Other than Poorman being hurt, KJ Miller May have broken a finger. As a kick returner and receiver, that's not good.
Watch out for the wreckingCRU defense!!

I like that bracket as well and hope it happens.  I'm not sure what to do with HSU in the poll because all we see is a loss to UMHB where they didn't score a point and then beat up on a weaker than usual ASC.

I know I'm not alone but if this opportunity happens for HSU, it potentially has poll ramifications for 2019, as well.

Oh to be a fly on the wall in the NCAA D3 playoff selection room. It would be cool if they streamed the selections with no audio.

Well at least we made it in, even if it is back to Belton.

Thanks NCAA penny-pinchers.  SAD!

Whelp, after doing the right thing the last two years, the NCAA selection committee went back to it's unfair, cheapskate ways.

Oh well, we're just a couple of unimportant southern teams. Who cares if we're treated fairly.

And St. Johns is insulted.
I look forward to a fantastic UMHB-Johnnie game early on.

Predictably, the bracket is a sham.

Catanzaro and company made sure that their northern buddies, Mount Union and Whitewater, got cake walks to the semis, as usual, while UMHB will have to beat Hardin-Simmons (again) and Saint John's if they want to get there. I was debating with another poster last week about UMHB and Hardin-Simmons having the deck stacked against them and being treated inequitably. This is exactly what I was talking about. The committee should be ashamed.

It would of been nice to see Hardin Simmons on the other side of the bracket and if all the stars line up have two Texas teams in the Stagg Bowl in Texas! Well one can dream, right?

I'm dying to hear why you think a Mount Union/John Carroll game would be a cakewalk for Mount Union.

I don't believe the committee would have ever let that happen. Talk about a nightmare scenario. The first time they bring the Stagg Bowl to Texas and the only 2 Texas teams get in. Black eye.

I should have been more clear that I was speaking relatively. MU's probable third round game is more of a cakewalk than UMHB's probable third round game. Or our FIRST round game, for that matter.

Disappointing bracket to say the least.  I know the top 25 poll has no bearing on the bracket but it doesn't seem very balanced.

Seriously?  You would make the point spread on a Mount Union/John Carroll game bigger than a game matching UMHB and Hardin Simmons?
