I haven't talked to him in a while though so I don't have any latest information, but as far as I know he's still vying for their 5th-6th wide receiver spot. I know they've played two games this preseason and he's played in both with one reception. Hopefully, he'll have a breakout game this weekend.

McMurry has contracted with ICS to webcast 90 sporting events in 7 sports in the 2009-10 season.

These will include volleyball, M&W soccer, football, M&W Hoops and baseball.

The charge for the year is $69.99.

Mississippi College will be contracting with Stretch Internet this year to provide free video broadcasts of all our home football and basketball games, and select road games for each. We have a great home schedule this year so DIII football fans will get a free look at Millsaps, NAIA #6 Cumberlands, #5 Hardin-Simmons, #3 Mary Hardin-Baylor, Texas Lutheran and Howard Payne.

We worked with ICS the last four years doing the subscription model but decided to go another direction this year so we could offer the service for free.

The broadcasts will be our first run using Flash and Wirecast broadcast software, but the quality should be pretty good.

I think most would agree that the pack chasing HSU & UMHB consists of LC, MC and ETBU.  Of the three who has the best chance to knock off the top two?

Only one i believe that has a fighting chance is ETBU LC has a slim chance if MHB or HSU starters and backups all get hurt and the third and fourth sting have the Flu.  :oWith the transfer of the RB from MC to MHB , MC chances are good if the cheerleaders are the starters and if HSU and MHB have a guy that is 88 years old(Sul Ross) to find he has one more year of elg. and they start him at QB.

I disagree Tony. I would say that LC is the most dangerous, solely because of athletes. The improvement they made over the last few years is incredible. Having said that, I would say that HSU is behind UMHB, by a little. Then LC, ETBU, then MC. The addition of another back to the stable in Belton didnt hurt, but lets see how they shore up the interior linemen.

Question:  What does a thousand yard back from MC look like running behind the UMHB offensive line?  Does UMHB go for 2k+ on the ground this year?

I think he might go a little past no where considering when you average the rushing yards in the two UMHB vs HSU games and the Demond Mays vs HSU, the HSU defense gave up 250 yards per game.

HSU defense should muture this season no longer are they jrs and sophs, but SRs and jrs. MHB lost some key postions in defense not to mention 1 very key off and sp team kid.  Its going to come down to heart in the MHB and HSU game with a record to either maintain or tie in the balanace. I just hope I can see the game.
