Any word out of McMurry on Mullin's status for tomorrow's game?  I haven't heard one way or another.

Nothing official, but in a review Pat did for another site, he says Mullin will not play:

it's around the 8:40 mark.  Pat says he still likes McMurry's chances.

The McM game notes (nicely done, btw) very carefully couches Mullin's condition, saying only that he was injured in last week's game and that, if the backup QB plays, the OL will have to do a good job of protection since he's a pocket passer.

Nothing has been mentioned in the Abilene Paper and I mean nothing since the selection was announced. You would think that this being the first time there would be some info, but no. Its all HS football (which I understand being in texas) and ACU.
My wife and I are Alumni of both UMHB and HSU.  You think you are confused, my kids don't know which Purple and Gold team to pull for.

And I believe in Warren if he comes off the bench...

I assume that he hasn't had the pressure of "being the starter" this week.

McMurry web server for the video appears to be full.

TU 7-0 off a deep pick and then a 50+ yd drive.

Stephen Warren.  He is doing a good job.

McM blocked a punt and the ball went thru the back of the TU endzone for a touchback.

On the next series, Baeza gets a pick on a deflected ball.

McMurry leads 10-7 and is driving in the red zone.

TD McMurry -- Warren to Diamond . 2 point conversion good, McMurry 18-7.

Ralph Turner

McMurry had a punt return for a TD called back due to a block in the back.

We have also had 47-yd FG called back because of procedure.

Once again, the second half adjustments made by D-Coach Dunn seem to be shutting down TU.

Heck of a team you Cru fans have there in Belton. Redlands has a long way to go to even be close to that level. Overall a good measuring stick and learning experience for my Dawgs. Good luck the rest of the way.
