Congrads to UMHB for a tough game!  The Crusaders were strong on both sides of the ball.  When we see each other again in the playoffs, I am hopeful that Wesley's offense will show up to play from the first whistle.

WOW. UW-Whitewaters 46 game win streak ended today in a huge upset. Buffalo State won on an incredible last minute drive 7-6. Looks like it could be a good year for the Cru to go all the way. Should be the No.2 team in the nation going into match up against Trinity next week. Also, I'm interested to see how Louisiana College will play at home against Wesley. I've got a feeling it could be a good one.

Sul Ross is awesome. 

Trinity will be ready for UMHB without a doubt.  UMHB will be flat coming off their big win today and with the knowledge that Trinity got dominated by a perennial ASC bottom feeder.  The game in San Antonio will be a very tough one and I can't think there's a clear favorite considering the circumstances.  The Crusaders probably are the superior team, but again- the circumstances.

After playing Trinity, UMHB gets Sul Ross and that is going to be the end of a murderous three game stretch for the Crusaders.  A whipping of today's proportion is not a fluke and no upset.  You can only do that to a team like Trinity if you have superior athletes/players, which Sul Ross Apparently all of a sudden has. Trinity could apparently do nothing to help themselves on defense.  I can see Sul Ross beating UMHB coming off the bye and then running the table in the ASC.

nice win cru.  your d-line dominated the game and bailey and wilson made enough plays for you to get the win.  With UWW losing this looks like it could be the year for someone other than the purples to play in the Stagg, maybe we can get Wesley and the Cru in opposite brackets and meet again in Salem.  Good luck the rest of the year.

I was reading somewhere that Sul Ross got some d2 transfer's this year including their quarterback and a wide receiver. No team has put up 60 points on Trinity since the early 1990's. I don't know how they did it but this is a RADICALLY different Sul Ross team than last year.

Give the UMHB team and coaches a little more cred than that! Obviously, they were well prepared for #3. I think Coach Fred and the other coaches are well aware of what SRS did today, what they got in the offseason, and what they need to do next week. Now, that doesn't mean they will just win the games, they'll have to put in the work, and I think they will. It's not like they haven't been in this type of position before.
