Really disappointed to not see LiDarral Bailey or Javicz Jones as Gagliardi finalists. Perhaps they weren't nominated or perhaps their off field extras weren't enough, I don't know.

I believe each school has to send in candidates to the committee for consideration.  Remember that it is not just an athletic award, but takes into account academics and community service aspects as well.

The weather is going to be much nicer down there than it is up here in Indiana. At kickoff it'll be 33 degrees with a wind chill of 25, but down in Belton it looks like 57 and sunny.

Crisp, clear & calm in Central Texas this morning. If the wind does not blow today - like it did the last couple of days - it will be a perfect day for football. I'll be present and accounted for today and cheering for The Cru to get a second round win.

Hope they just keep the clock running.   35-0 UMHB, Franklin inserts new QB who throws another pick on his first play, two plays later it's 42-0 UMHB.

What a crying shame that the Cru will have to go to Alliance next week.   They can still win, but it would be nice to see the Raiders travel for a change.  How many years has it been since they've had to play a road playoff game?

Wow I did not realize that they would have to travel. I was planning to go to Belton next week.
