No real surprises in today's regional rankings. I think we all knew UMHB would be #1. I am surprised to see Wesley so high, but their SOS is good.

TLU, I expected them to be up there, but that high? Wow. I hope the stars align and give us a shot at them in the first round.
Watch out for the wreckingCRU defense!!

My thoughts...

Wesley has played a "killer schedule".  Almost every team on the schedule is playoff calibre and has contended for the Pool A bid in the respective conferences.  As I have stated elsewhere, I think that we have the Texas Sub-bracket.

TLU suggests to me that the nation still respects Texas as a hotbed for quality D3 ball.  They are basically serving as the "ASC runner-up" in the poll.

Don't really know why, but I was surprised by TLU's regional ranking.  Congratulations to Coach Padron.  Are they expected to finish undefeated?

CruGuy

With remaining games @HSU and home for HPU, I expect TLU to finish the season undefeated.

I expect so, but both HPU and HSU can score points in bunches. If TLU has an off game when one of them decides to show up...
My wife and I are Alumni of both UMHB and HSU.  You think you are confused, my kids don't know which Purple and Gold team to pull for.

Helps when you have watched the best for four years, have the starting QB from that team as a coach, and other coaches from The Cru as well.

Here we are in week 9 of this season, I find it hard to believe that this is the 6th and final regular season game at Crusader Stadium. Go Cru, finish strong. Hoping for 4 playoff games at Crusader Stadium in route to the Stagg Bowl.
UMHB Alumni, life long Cru finatic.

Day went as planned...unless you are TLU! Way to rep HSU and prayers for Coach Keeling.

What is wrong with Jimmy (Coach Keeling)?

He was in a car crash and broke his C2 vertebrae. Good news is he is already out of the hospital but will have to wear a neck brace for 3 months.

Thanks!  I will definitely add Jimmy to my prayer list!

Did Elijah Hudson play today. I noticed Crain was wearing 12 and not 15. Didn't see Hudson.

Elijah wasn't at the game due to something with a family member. Broderick wore #12 in honor of Elijah according to the football teams twitter account.
