One more day baby!
Lets hope for a game for the ages all!
The buildup is done...Lets strap on the buckets and get to it!
Safe travels to all going to the game...With all kidding aside...Ice is no fun..be careful peeps.
All things being equal the UMHB faithful have been a great bunch.
A far cry from the St. Thomas folk we encountered a cpl years ago....
I tip my alumni hat to you Cru fans...Classy bunch

St. Thomas wasn't used to being there. The CRU are. Good luck to both teams. No injuries and DRIVE SAFELY! Ice on the roads is no joke. It will be fun to follow this game from the stands in Whitewater.

fisheralum91

bleedpurple-I couldn't wrap my head around the Tommie bunch..
There were a few very nice and level headed posters ....them boom....the bottom drops out and the "other" Tommie fans came to the party.
The Fisher faithful got blasted and wow- it is something that I am thankful is dead and gone.
UMHB fans have been great.

To everyone traveling to Belton, be safe. I wish we were hitting the road this afternoon, but the road conditions are just not conducive for a 5 1/2 hour trip.

SJF fans and alumni, you have every right to be proud of your team. To make it to the quarterfinals is a worthy accomplishment. To do so on the road as an underdog each week makes it an even more special accomplishment. While I expect your boys to bring their best effort and leave everything they have on the field, I do hope it is in a losing cause -- nothing personal.  :)

If UMHB can take care of business, The CRU will have an opportunity to face a program it has yet to conquer. UMHB is 0-2 against Linfield and 0-4 against Whitewater. It would be nice to square-off with either team and it would be so sweet if the game is played at The CRUthedral. But first things first,  there is the matter of taking on a worthy opponent from New York.

For those who want to take a little stroll down memory lane, I offer the following recap of the 2004 semifinal match-up between UMHB and Mount Union: http://www.d3football.com/seasons/2004/contrib/201212078v3ajv

Tote the tater, CRU! Up with the Purple!

Maybe Im daft....
But has anybody else noticed that Purple seems to be the color of choice for many of the top teams in the nation?

UMHB
ST T
to name a few.
No offense.....I hate purple...
Whats up with that?

But Purple is the color of royalty. However, I wouldn't mind seing either Blue vs. Red in the championship game, if that happens, I'll be more than likely to make the trip to Salem.

Well if St. John Fisher and North Central advance to the championship game it will be the Cardinals versus the Cardinals.  Go Cardinals!

Now let's not go separating the Purple in the Blue and Red.

We all remember what happened with the Force was separated into the Sith and the Jedi.

Twisted Jedi/Star Wars reference Ralph has taken...hmmmmmmmmm?

UMHB wants it to be a "Purple Out" but I have a feeling its goin to be more of a "Camo Out" to stay warm. I know I'm going to be rockin quite a few layers of my huntin gear.

I think that the SJF fans have been the most enoyable that we have encountered on the message boards! +1!

As long as you don't come off like the St. Thomas fans we're normally OK...

Except Booby, he's an asshole...
Take it from me.  I know a booby when I see it!

Sorry, I just had to....

As long as we aren't talking about moobs here then it's all good!!!

Kidding of course, Boobs is a good dood...

If you couldn't tell my disclaimer on the bottom of my signature I'm the asshole of the SJF conglomerate...
Taking Ralph's profession into consideration makes the booby comment funnier.

Strip Club Owner or Pimp?
;D Better. He's a gynecologist. 8-) Ralph knows a booby when he sees one.
;)   ;D   8-)

Women take their shirts off at the Gynecologist Office???   ???

Do you mean that you take your hunting gear to a football game?   :o

"Hey Toby!  He wears his hunting gear to a football game!"

It might make it harder to count the number of fans in attendance.

Yes, there are some things that Kira & Jaxon's Mom has not told you.    :-\

Absolutely! I did when we played Redlands too! hoodies just don't cut it in this type of weather. I'm sure they'll be plenty of purple with the seats and all. I hope for a better turn out that what is anticipated.

If Blue Bell can come up with a purple CRUthedral vanilla ice cream, then maybe Cabela's can come out with a Purple Camo outfit for the really cold UMHB Playoff games in December.   ;)
