Dlip is really pulling for the Cru this weekend. Dlip thinks U-Dub has been on somewhat of a mission this season. He hopes that impressive mission comes to an end at the hands of the Cru! Good luck fellas! Dlip is so impressed with the talent and skill the Cru has!

As a Mount Union fan, I have thought since last December that UMHB would be on a mission this year given the last 5 minutes of their 2012 season.  Nothing to be ashamed of in that semifinal game from last year...both teams flat out went after each other and Mount happened to win.  It was a great slugfest.  But I imagine it left a bitter taste in their mouth they've been tasting all year.  Plus, playing UWW means they won't be looking ahead a game.  I expect a great game, hard hitting, and just enough offense to keep the scoreboard operator from stepping out for a potty break.

I will be there with my wife, my son and his family and my Presbyterian pastor.  My pastor is gung-ho for Baylor U. and is excited to see some other Baptists play.  ;)

There will be seven of in total including the 3 year old and the 5 month old.

Impressive inter-denominational support for the Cru- well done.

Never too soon to get the little ones thinking Warhawk football.  If you go online you can order some real cute children's Warhawk garb to really get them in the spirit.   :D

BP is impressed by Dlip's observing and interpreting skills. While Dlip may be disappointed by Saturday's result, at least it will confirm his skills of perception!  ;)

Is it Saturday yet?
my ticket is in 204, J9. Wish I could have had the ones I sat in for the Rowan game, but it was down to singles already when I got on
My wife and I are Alumni of both UMHB and HSU.  You think you are confused, my kids don't know which Purple and Gold team to pull for.

Just a little look back to Sept. 21 when then #5 ranked Wesley College paid a visit to The CRUthedral. This is the kind of intensity we need when UMHB takes on UWW. So, CRU Nation watch and take notes. There will be a test on Saturday!  8-)

Fantastic places to stand at The CRUthedral, jaypeter. I stood on the home-side mezzanine during most of the first round game with Redlands.
The CRUthedral certainly has sparked discussion about its unique features.

Where is the Baptist Preachers' Skybox?

Did the architect decide not to put a baptistry behind the north goal post?

Think they'd let an Episcopal Priest in, or do I need to jump in that baptistery first?
The steeplechase water jump behind the north end zone at McMurry could serve as a baptistry in a pinch, if needed.   ;)

Good luck CRU. I am looking forward to this one.

Other than the speed, athleticism and strength of the team, UMHB doesn't worry me at all.

UWW is plenty loaded. I just hope The CRU can muster some offense against the vaunted Warhawk defense.

wesleydad

should be a good one in Belton.  Would like to be there but will have to resort to watching it on computer.  Not sure how it will play out.  Will UWW be able to stop UMHB.  Can UWW score enough to win the game.  The weather will not be a factor in this one, cant say the same for the other one.  No matter what I will see some of you in Salem in a week.  And I agree, is it Saturday yet???!!!!!!

I don't think Saturday can come fast enough for any of us!  Since it will be a good 12 to 14 hours until Triple Take comes out (our next D3football fix), I thought I'd take a run at "Predicting the Predictors".

Here is my guess as to how the Triple Take contributors will predict Saturday's games:

(Of course if any of them read this before coming up with their own projected scores, it will pretty much assure my predictions will be wrong.)  ;)

+K  Yeah, like that is really going to happen!  ;D  My son would disown me if I wore anything purple that didn't have "UMHB"  or "Cru" on it.  However, rest assured that I will be wearing something that is crimson or has "Austin College" on it somewhere visible!  (Especially after beating Trinity in the last game to go .500 for the first time in a long while)     ;)
Anything that you ardently desire, vividly imagine, totally believe and enthusiastically pursue will inevitably come to pass !!!
