Former coaches who coached for and or played for UMHB. TLU haven't not beaten UMHB since 99. TLU once in the ASC then got out.

I love the rivalry within the game. So good.

Are you saying we could actually have a rival outside of the semifinals?

I would think there is a nice little rivalry with a certain team in the South Region that you may have forgotten about, Wesley and UMHB have had a great time playing each other for the past whatever number of years it has been now. That may go by the wayside once Wesley moves to the NJAC and the East Region. Too bad in my opinion because it was nice to see where Wesley fit in the national scene.

I did forget about Wesley! With the last game as the opening game of the CRUthedral, it just didn't seem like the stars would align once again. But that series has given me all kinds of chest pains!

I know. Me too! Thing is, you saw it better than I because of your vantage in the box. I was looking through and over people and barely saw it.

That was quite the article trying to rally the fans to come out to the game tomorrow. I hope that there is plenty of Purple and Gold as The Cru fans make their way into Bulldog Stadium! Lets see if we can make more noise in the "massive" visitors stands than those rooting for the Bulldogs! As someone had stated earlier, lets see how tight the nuts and bolts are in the visitors stand as we make all the noise we can stomping our feet!

Well...I really thought TLU would show better than this but you can't take anything away from the Cru. UMHB is just as advertised. Good luck to UMHB for the rest of the season and the playoffs. Represent Texas with pride!

I honestly didn't see that coming. TLU definitely got the UMHB A game today. It started like I thought it would a few good drives by TLU while the Cru adjusted and then it just blew up. The Cru D was outstanding. I expected TLU to have a little more success, but the CRU showed up and kept the hammer down. Let's see that for the rest of the year, CRU.

I hope TLU regroups and finishes strong. This hurts TLUs playoff chances, but I hope they finish out strong enough for them to get a good look from the committee (and I wouldn't mind a little help from the other pool b contenders)

Thanks Toby. I hope you are right but I think the deck is stacked against TLU after today. But that is ok. TLU is on the upswing and, as the signs say around Bulldog stadium, "This is just the beginning." We obviously have to go through some growing pains. Although a very disappointing day, I hope it can be a growing point for the TLU program. UMHB is really impressive and I hope they can show those [deleted] from the midwest and northeast what football really looks like.

Congrats to The Cru! They played well in all areas of the game. I can only think of two things that were hurting The Cru...still have an issue with the low snaps (but it was better than it has been, so there was noticeable improvement) and the officials who were way to flag happy against The Cru! I'm stil shaking my head at the blown calls from the officials! Does anyone know if the powers to be review the games and see how bad the calls were blown? Up with the Purple!
