I'll say it again...Anderson choked big time! He needs to be pulled and have someone else in there. The last series the WR's lacked a sense of urgency getting back to the line for a hurry up offense.

Hats off to HSU, they showed up to the game to win...UMHB played as if they were entitled to the win instead of going out there and playing no nonsense football getting the win!

Congratulations to Hardin-Simmons. I did not watch (was watching Trinity-TLU) but saw the score. It must have been a well-deserved win.

UMHB learned the hard lesson that you can't expect to just show up against a good team, mess around for half the time like they do in most of their games against lesser teams, and expect to walk away with a win. Sadly, they probably just squandered a home playoff match up (I was looking forward to bringing the family up for a 1st round game), and may have squandered the playoffs altogether. A pretty heavy price to pay for complacency.

Well said UMHB03...but The Cru must win their last two games taking control of those games from the kick-off all the way to the final whistle without leaving a doubt in anyone's mind...then just maybe The Cru might get a Pool C bid and taking all their games on the road. It's a very costly lesson to learn.

Tough, unfortunate loss for UMHB, great win for HSU. You deserve it and we did not. Our strength all year long let us down in the end. We couldn't stop the run, and we couldn't stop the pass. Thankfully, we are now experiencing something that will hopefully build some character and moxy as we look to rebound and learn. Guys can't think wins will be handed to them. Hopefully we'll see each other again the 21st.
