Just brought up the UMHB vs. HSU game on HSU network since UMHB is piggybacking off HSU and the feed is horrible? The feed is very choppy and the sound is at a whisper. Anyone else having that problem? I hope that HSU can figure out the tech issues and fix them.

The Cru is making a lot of mental mistakes and doesn't appear to have their heart in the game. HSU isn't going to wait around until The Cru decide to start playing football.

Agreed. Not a good showing so far. Tons of mental miscues. Another INT. Come on!! How bout a RB screen??
Watch out for the wreckingCRU defense!!

At this point of the game, early second quarter, HSU appear to want this win much more than The Cru. Anderson has thrown his second INT in the game. He needs to get his head in the game, stop making dumb decisions and read the defense, or pull him and put Jackson in.

Too much trash talking and not enough play.

Jackson is getting the job done. Coach Fredenburg needs to keep him in the game and let Anderson stay on the sideline. It seems that the wind is a big factor in the game, but HSU is having to play in the same conditions.

Wind is 29 MPH with gusts to 35MPH.  The wind was so strong that it even blew UMHB PAT wide right.

It is remarkable that both scores came into the wind.

Even the Cowboy Band is not wearing their hats.

The wind is virtually northerly on a north/south field.

Check out the Wheaton video - they're playing in a full-on blizzard! :o

Would like to think TLU would have given UMHB a better game, but we had our chances and should have won that game vs. HSU in week 2.  Good luck to UMHB.  Looks like Huntingdon.

Yeah the feed is horrendous but it is all there was. no sound but they have had near no sound all season which is why I asked during the week. I pulled up jon and coach via audio and watched the well, somewhat of a feed. It was really off on syching, ten minutes after the game was over they were still on the last drive.

Second half was ours outright, now on to Huntingdon...

I'm glad that The Cru won, but there is a lot of work to be done before next Saturday. Congrats to HSU for a great season and stepping up and playing football. HSU is a force to take notice of and will be better and stronger next year. If all goes well next year it's very possible that there could be three very solid teams from Texas be in the playoffs (UMHB, HSU and TLU). It took The Cru the first half to get their act together and start playing playoff football. The defense and special teams starting to fire it up, but the offense still had too much uncertainty. Although I have to admit it was hard to watch anything in detail due to the very poor video feed, but from what I could see Anderson held onto the ball way too long, taking the sack instead of throwing the ball away to avoid the loss of hard fought yardage.

Not much in the way of passing for either team today, but that was to be expected due to the wind.  Definitely happy that the Cru could get some revenge for the Halloween loss.  Huntingdon next.
