Does anyone know why UMHB took the bus to Ohio instead of flying? I can see North Central riding the bus, but Belton is more than 600 miles!

They flew. The fans took a bus.

Ice is glad they flew, as that would be some ish if the Crusaders had to endure that bus ride before the big game. Ice is hoping for a great Stagg with ZERO injuries. Ice says good luck to both teams.

NCAA pays in this situation so it would have been a little insane not to fly.
Not sure if the number of people the NCAA will foot the bill for has changed, but in 2019 when NCC went to TX, I think I remember being told by the Athletic Office that the number was 58. NCC footed the bill for players who didn't dress for the game and extra staffers.

How many chances do they get?! The refs look less than par for a natty title game. QB was in bounds too.

Well, I think athletically UMHB has the edge. But I will say that NCC has some brutes that keep blocking their tails off for the RB downfield. Looks like they keep blocking after the whistle too
