Jefferson Fritz showing out at the pro day today:

https://twitter.com/jefffritz10/status/1506787914700705792?t=B23JJ9X2N_oUc-dnJLFn_A&s=09

Jefferson's numbers

Vertical: 40
Broad:10'5
225 rep:26
3-cone:6.9
40: 4.56

I have combed through some average safety numbers at combines/pro days and with these numbers Jefferson more than show that he has the athleticism to be looked at. Will that be enough to get drafted/signed, I hope so.
comparing to best combine numbers at safety:
vert Best: 39.50"
broad Best: 11'1" (Fritz ties 5th best)
bench 225 Best: 22 reps
3 cone best: 6.57 (Fritz ties 5th best)
40 Best: 4.34 (Fritz 1s 13th best)

So am I reading it right that Fritz had the best vertical and most 225 reps than any safety at the combine?

That's what it looked like to me. Took the numbers from the combine results filtered by position
My wife and I are Alumni of both UMHB and HSU.  You think you are confused, my kids don't know which Purple and Gold team to pull for.

Awesome! He has a very legitimate shot at the NFL from my perspective. He is incredibly versatile

I really hope he gets a shot. I think his height will work against him (he is tied as the shortest safety) and his speed (he is only faster than 2 of the safeties at the combine).

I showed these stats to a friend of mine who is... obsessed... with draft stock. His comment was he has minicamp free agent written all over him. What he does from there will be all that matters.

TLU has its 2022 schedule up: https://tlubulldogs.com/sports/fball/2022-23/schedule

Thanks for the heads up!  Looks like Austin College and Howard Payne have them up as well:

https://austin.prestosports.com/sports/fball/2022-23/schedule
https://hpusports.com/sports/football/schedule/2022

Gives us a pretty good look at some of the schedule... I'm not surprised to see North American University in there.  They're unaffiliated and will play anyone it seems...

Edit:  Hardin-Simmons has a placeholder up for their schedule with just two games on it:

Be on the lookout for UMHB's schedule...Austin College and Hardin-Simmons must be uploading their's right now. AC's schedule was not out when I wrote up my initial story for Truetothecru.com. Updating it now. ASC schedule must've been released yesterday...

They weren't exactly public.  When I found them they were still directing to the 2021-2022 season, I just manually input the 2022-2023 season in the URL.

Haha always glad to hear I am not the only crazy person who does that.

I wouldn't be surprised at all if the ASC schools all know their conference schedule but can't release the whole schedule because they are confirming the non conference schedule.

Yeah, that is the likely case at a couple of programs. Haha, I have done the same thing...they aren't always the easiest websites to navigate. I've found scheduling information on school calendars before that are not listed on the athletic department website. Another reason we love D3! Makes it fun at times to try to figure out schedules before they're officially released, but not always easy to do.

The schools on PrestoSports websites you can definitely do that with.

We are getting close to being able to display 2022 schedules on our site as well. Working on it!

It works with the Sidearm sports pages too if it has been uploaded.  just put a /2022 at the end of it.

For example, https://gojohnnies.com/sports/football/schedule takes you to the 2021 schedule, but if you put the /2022 at the end it gives you the 2022 schedule :D

I think we're 1-2 more ASC teams away from being able to piece the rest of the schedule together...  Since I'm bored, I'm expecting Southwestern, Austin College, Sul Ross, and McMurry to come play in Belton this year.  I still think Simpson for Week one might be in the cards (us travelling) and then the second non-conference game to be in Belton.  I half think that ETBU will play UW-Platteville again as well.  But who knows if that'll actually happen.

Crubacker

It appears that ETBU is playing UW-O
