Yeah, it wasn't working on my computer but I got it going on my work laptop.

Great first half!

Lot of things for the offense and special teams to tighten up on, but damn if the defense doesn't look like one of the better defenses we've had in a few years...

umhb2001

WOW. UMHB looking like the UMHB of old.

Defense is playing very tough causing the Warhawks to change QBs.

Offense has not been great but opportunistic. Without the turnovers, this game could be an even wider gap. Phe has missed one throw that really was bad, but then he hits our WR with two guys covering him. I don't get it.

Really like what I see. Great job Cru!
Watch out for the wreckingCRU defense!!

The game is on the WIAC Network app if you have a smart TV or streaming device like Roku, FireStick, or Google Chrome. Easy to watch on TV that way. Just need to find and download it.

Really not sure what to make of the UMHB/UWW game, which was sloppy on both sides. Don't think UWW would turn the ball over 6 times in a rematch, but there is no doubt that UMHB's line played out of their minds to cause pressure all day. On the flip side, UMHBs offense was not all that great. If you remove the 96 yard run, they had just 12 yards for .57 yards/carry. They are not going to win games passing, although the passing game did allright today. Regardless, heck of a win for UMHB and I'm thrilled for them to silence all the chirping after last year.

I've been vocal in my criticism of Harmon, but I have to tip my hat to him today. He had them breathing fire out there. Great win.

The defense looked as dominant as I've seen it since the 2016-2018 teams. The offense wasn't great, but it got the job done.

This is the first significant progress we've seen since Harmon took over. Hopefully he can keep it going in the right direction.

Defense with 5 interceptions and 3 recovered fumbles is gonna win a lot of games. Also holding UWW to only 88 yards rushing is freaking amazing.

Offense, didn't show me anything else in the second half besides the fact that Kamerin Ferguson is really fast. Outside of AJ Williams and one reception by Gacayan none of the other receivers had a reception longer than 12 yards and averaged less than 8.

Special teams needs a TON of work. Gave up 2 touchdowns on blocked punts amd I'm not sure what the heck they were doing on that onside kick...

Overall though, good win, cupcake next week then the real games begin.

Got really conservative with the play calling.  Special teams needs work.  Defense did fantastic but definitely got gassed towards the end.

$th down stops by defense was amazing but then again, wouldn't have had so many had the offense become non-existent.  3 and out isn't going to cut it. But, their offense never got in the end zone------HUGE defensive performance today!  Good job CRU, don't get complacent.

First off...Congralulations to The Cru for a big win over Whitewater!

I'm having a hard time understanding the quarterback situation. If we have at least two other QB's with D1 experience what is the reason that Harmon isn't giving either one any playing time? I'd like to see the other QB's get a fair shot against Phe. Yes, Phe has developed and improved from last year there, but he is not yet there.

I know the kid from Arkansas got hurt in the second scrimmage. Must be pretty bad because he was off the roster the next week.

Also hear rumors the Pitt State kid might have gotten hurt?

Durst was at SW Oklahoma State and looked decent last weekend though. Noticeably stronger arm than Phe.

The 2 D1 QBs are both injured. Please cut Isaac a break. He just went into the home stadium of the #3 ranked team and completed 72% of his passes for a QB rating of about 169. I was at the game and thought he played darned well.

Definitely work to be done on offense and special teams, but overall, what I was happy to see the most, is a Cru team that showed up with some grit and attitude, energy and effort.

I think a strong defense helps set the tone and our identity.

I don't think Phe is probably ready to take this team on a deep run... Wylie isn't necessarily know for producing QB's, so he's having to probably learn and grow a lot in Belton

Congrats to the CRU on a great win. Very humbling for the Hawks. How we respond to this will determine our fate this year. Good luck the rest of the way.
