HSU defeated two top 25 opponents then had to go across town for the rivalry game vs. McMurry. The HSU game was the big one on the schedule for a McMurry season. The Cowboys did what they needed to do.

I have adjusted my expectations quite a bit compared to years past (I know, sad). But, if this season and this Cru football team has any chance of running the table making any kind of run in the playoffs it has to start and SHOW this Saturday.

No doubt in my mind after watching ETBU in Belton a few weeks ago that they are a top 10 -15 offense in D3. Their QB is an absolute gamer and they're fast. If we don't come in with our heads right it will be a long long day for us.

Let's see what happens... that's about all I've got. No predictions, lets just see at this point.

Also if you believe in Logan Hansen (which I do) then as long as we win out and beat HSU by 1 we make the playoffs either way.

That finish has interesting implications for ASC tiebreaker rules if UMHB were to beat HSU big next weekend.
