The only way HSU is out if they lose.

Hey guys,

Just thought I'd let you know thought I just bought airfare to Salem, VA for the Stagg Bowl for CruAlum39 and myself.   ;D ;D  Really looking forward to it and I hope he gets to see UMHB from the stands this time !!!!  ;)

The only thing that might keep us from going is if the high school team he is coaching is still in the playoffs and then I would have a tough decision to make.  :-\

Anything that you ardently desire, vividly imagine, totally believe and enthusiastically pursue will inevitably come to pass !!!

Come on up Roocru and bring that Crusader team with you. Stone Station will have an extra 3 hrs to "host" all our guests in Salem with the 4pm start. See you there! ;)

roocru, hope you have to make that tough choice! As I remember, you had a tough choice last time.  :D

Kelly Boggs

Ditto, roo... I, too, hope you are having to make that tough choice.

Let's go CRU... no let down against HPU. Execute in all phases of the game and tune-up for the playoffs.

I appreciate all the support guys.  We play the Brenham Cubs for the district championship tonight so make sure and cross your fingers!

If we make it that far, roocru will be the only one with the tough decision, I think I have already made my mind up!   ;D
YOU KNOW IT!!!!

Bill McCabe

CruAlum39,  I hope you are still in the playoffs.  Do you know who you will play in bi-district?

Kelly Boggs

That's right Bill.  At least this time the airline tickets I would have to eat will be for $300 instead of $3000.  :o

No place better than San Antonio.

As a native San Antonian in [permanent] exile in Pennsylvania, I can but agree ....

Warren, high 80s here today and muggy.  Great night for high school football.  This is the last week of the high school regular season.  Should be much cooler next week if Trinity should host a game.  Of course, this is South Texas, so it could be hot.  :-\

Ah, yes, the vagaries of San Antonio winter weather.

I can remember a Christmas day in the high-80's and a Christmas day in the low-30's, and often it was the very same Christmas day (those nasty ol' "blue northers" that came roaring in from Canada by way of Oklahoma with nothing to slow them down except a few barbed-wire fences south of Dallas  ;)).
