Another good weekend for roocru !!!

1) My Roos won and finished fifth in the SCAC !

2) The Cru continues ! 

3) CruAlum39 plays his first playoff game as a coach next Saturday and I think my schedule will allow me to watch it !    Also, he plays in Bryan Viking Stadium where he played high school ball.  Neat kind of homecoming ! 

4) My school district got three of it's five teams in the playoffs ! 

I'll take that kind of weekend anytime !!!!

Just got back from the HSU game.  Great game for the Cowboys.  "Leave no doubt" was the theme and I think they did just that.  Hope to see the Cowboys get in and get a home game!

Congrats and Karma for a great weekend!!!!  We won out today. It wasn't pretty, but 8-2 is fine with me when several short years ago we were the laughing stock of DIII football (mid 80's-mid 90's)  That was a tough period to watch football at our place.  Are you packed yet?

I have to agree with cruprez....I didn't want CNU to travelt o Texas.....but I think the HSU/UMHB matchup really sucks for you guys.

Agreed, the ASC gets no respect.  The worst match up in my mind is Millsaps and CMU.  Unbelievealbe.

I guess one of these years I will wake up and realize that we will get it put to us by the committee.  Sure makes it hard for the conference to make a statement if they have to play in the first round.

I think it's the travel cost rather than a lack of respect.....I know around here the ASC gets alot of respect!

CNU85,  you're probably right.  A question, why not have the other conferences with 2 plays play in the first round?  Shouldn't impact travel that much.
