Same with me.  HSU has lost the past two games that I have attended.  I will wear some garlic around my neck this time.

Well, since I can't be there I am glad that umhbalum and Zmotion are going to be in attendance. May the game end with both of your streaks intact.

Congrats to all the players and coaches recognized for their efforts by the ASC Football Conference Honors. Good Luck to all the Seniors going out, and to the young players who won honors at Sully. Hopefully time will only make us better.
Way to go Ross #60, Honorable Mention at center!!!! T.J., Big Zach, Aaron, and Austin, and thanks to Coach Wright for a great season. Looking forward to next year!

See info from UMHB website below for game time.

Belton, TX-

For the fifth time in the past six seasons, the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor football team has qualified for the NCAA Division III National Championships. But for the first time, the Crusaders will open the postseason at home with a First Round playoff game against American Southwest Conference rival Hardin-Simmons next Saturday at 12:00 PM.

Sure hope that you all win tomorrow, Roocru!  And that crualum39's team wins big tonight.  At least I think it's tonight that they play!!  Got my fingers crossed.  If it is, please put it on the board, so we know, OK?  All the best.  Go UMHB, work hard, one play at a  time. ;D ;D ;D

Interesting article by the Temple Daily Telegram writer Eric.....good facts....just a small part of the good article....let me know if you want the entire article...I will send it via email tomorrow...

GO CRU
I would like the whole article if you would be so kind as to e-mail it to me.  I'm so mad that UMHB and HSU have to play each other.  It's not right.  NOBODY ELSE who is seeded that high is being treated like that.  It stinks.  And I have another question.  Who is Hope (7-3) besides a sacrificial lamb?  Just my 2 brownies worth.  Thanks!  I enjoyed meeting the UMHB faithful the last time they were at the Stagg Bowl. ;D ;D ;D

Hope got the AQ as the MIAA champ. All three of the losses were non-conference. Albion was the only MIAA conference school with a winning non-conference record this year. Hope got in with a stiff, opportunistic defense and primarily by the run on offense.  ;)

Come on Cowboys!!!

Browniemom,

I'm sure you would have been ecstatic to get the ODAC automatic bid at 7-3.

Browniemom,

I'm sure you would have been ecstatic to get the ODAC automatic bid at 7-3.

But we were 8-2 and had lost to 2 ODAC rivals, so that doesn't even compute.  I was just wondering because I spent a while trying to find the league they were from.  I did find it finally.  It's a league I haven't followed so I have no idea how good they are.  Just wondered but I figured they had won their conference.  I had another favorite with 3 losses and they didn't make it either, but they did themselves in as well.  I still have 2 teams I am rooting for plus the 2 teams from Va.  In any case, Stone Station will be at the Stagg Bowl to host the 2 fans bases no matter who gets there to vie for the Championship.  Both teams will get brownies.  You and the other media will get brownies.  Sure hope Ryan is coming again this year.  And there will be brownies for the tailgate which is going to be phenomenal as the game doesn't begin until 4:00 p.m  Skoal, Llama, Religion Major, BCphotos among many others are due in to host our guests. :D :D :D
