Congrats to UMHB on another fine season!

Well guys, it's been a great run for the Cru this year.  Anytime you're one of eight teams left playing in a bracket, there are a lot of teams that would trade with you. :) And, as stated earlier the Cru have enough returning to make another run next year.  ;)  Don't forget to watch out for the SCAC Roos either.  ;D

Same thing for CruAlum39's team today.  When they make an announcement in the second half that the other team's tailback is over 2500 yards this year and over 5000 yards in his career and he is a junior, you know you have run into a buzzsaw.  :o :(  However, going from 1-9 last year to 9-4 and a quarterfinal playoff game this year is something to be proud of and only sets the stage for greater things in the future.   ;D

The silver lining is that now CruAlum39 and Roocru will definitely be in Salem enjoying Stone Station once again.  ;D

I am looking forward to another great year of Texas college and high school football !!!!! ;D ;D ;D

Congratulations to the Cru on another great season.  Sounds like they just got too far behind against Wesley.  I've felt all year that UMHB is probable a year away.  Their O-line was very young and at times inconsistent.  The defense only loses a few players and the offense loses Rollins and Carter.  I can't wait for next year to get here.

Looking at the stats from Saturday's game, UMHB lost 3 fumbles.  That was bad news.  Also, they only converted 1 of 13 3rd downs.

Anybody heard anything about Kubiak? I know they said he hurt his knee and never returned.

Kelly Boggs

Bill,

I think I am correct in stating that the CRU will return 10 starters on offense and 7 on defense. Sounds like UMHB is loaded and expectations could/should be running high for next year. I am already looking forward to next season.

I expect the O-line to be much better next year.  Hopefully they will approach the caliber of the 2003 and 2004 line.  There are 2 freshmen, a RB and WR, that only saw limited action this year and they are supposed to be very talented.

Great season CRU.  Made us all proud.  Anytime you beat HSU twice in one year then you can consider that a GREAT year!

It is a shame that we had to lose to a bunch of classless pricks.  Not just the players, but the coaching staff as well.  I have gotten reports of Wesley's HEAD COACH cussing at our coaches, players and whoever else he saw.  Too bad ass holes like that dont get the **** kicked out of them on a daily basis.  I truly hope that they get the ever living **** kicked out of them this week and that the head coach gets run over while standing on the sideline.  F***in piece of ****!

Maybe you better get a new sourse because whoever told you that IF anyone actually did is a BOLD FACED LIAR!!!!!!

I think we have a new definition of classless.  Thanks TX20K.  I don't think you'll last long on this board, you might want to choose another log in to get back here.

Whoa what brought that on, I havent heard any of the other MHB fans complain.

I think we lost to a very good team.  I wish them well against Whitewater.  Hope they make a better showing than last year.  I don't put too much stock in the other stuff.

TX2OK, I personally have no problems with you expressing your feelings, its a free country, but i do think you could go about it a different way.  Im not agreeing with anything you said I wasnt there I just wish we didnt have that on our board.

I'm sorry about the losses this weekend.  It sounds like Crualum39's team is on the way up and coming.  I listened to the Wesley game. They are so tough.  I am afraid they will beat WW (hope not because I really like Coach Brez!!) Llamaguy got to go up but I had an accident.  A brick wall jumped up and bit my face   :'(  so I got to go to the hospital for Cat scans and the like.  But I bounced back (not from the wall, mind you) and went to classes the rest of the week because how do you miss the last class before exams?  Even when you have an Ear the size of TEXAS that is BLUE.  Hopefully it will be fine come the Stagg Bowl.  If not, I'll be the one with the maroon and gold and the blue ear.  Can't wait to see you'all at the tail gate.  What hotel do you have reservations at?  Drop me a PM if you get a chance.  I've got to hit the hay.  I'm killing students tomorrow.  Err, I think the politically correct version is giving an exam.  Glad you all are going to come!!! :) ;) :D ;D
Brownies for Film Day--Now there's a Slogan I can live with!!!:)  Go EAGLES!

I have gotten reports

Congrats. Anonymous sources sometimes just have an axe to grind. Next time stick to something you actually f'in witness.

I've worked the sidelines for I believe three games Wesley played in over the past few years. Never ONCE have I seen Mike Drass even come close to the crap you alleged.

I know for a fact that Wesleys head coach is a classless prick!  You can try and defend him all you want, but he and the rest of his team showed their true colors.
