Interesting figures concerning newspaper circulations.

The Dallas Morning News gave fraudulent circulation numbers in 2004.  I don't know whether that 14 per cent drop shows a decline of the last "real" numbers or the last accepted numbers from 3 years ago.

Does anyone know if any players from the ASC declared for the draft and/or are close to be invited to a NFL rookie camp?

HSWho2007

I know that UMHB has several players doing quite well in AFL 2.

Have all of the schools posted their schedules?  I checked UMHB a few days ago and they still have the 2006 schedule on their website.

Bill McCabe

:o It was on the website today.  Open with a night game against CNU.  Late October in Wisconsin could be cold.

McM goes to Huntingdon on Sept 1st (one-year deal) and then hosts Austin College on Sept 8th..

That was some defensive battle last year when Whitewater edged MHB.  As a St John's fan, I was pullilng for MHB for play off implications.  What is the early read on MHB in 07....thinking of the rematch in Wisconsin in October.   thanks..

Ralph, McM better have their 'straps' on tight, 'cause Huntington is for real, and AC is improving their program since they left the ASC...

Josh Bowerman

Ralph, since history major brought up the subject of McMurry games this fall, I've been thinking that.....

If you could convince the powers that be to move the 10/06/07 McM/ETBU game back to 7:00 from 2:00, I can get 3 ASC double-header's in this season.  Plus I could get ETBU photographed, which I have yet to be able to accomplish.

I'm counting on you, buddy!   :)

Josh, I talked with Dr Russell about the scheduling of the events for Homecoming, and he still thinks that the usual afternoon kickoff for the ETBU game and Homecoming festivities is most appropriate.  ;)

Can you arrange another schedule change?

Ralph Turner

Yes, history major,
I know that we have a challenging schedule.

I wish that HPU could have found at least one D3 non-conference opponent.
