Currently zero in WW with 3 to 4 inches snow due over night.

I just checked the weather after i posted this....Currently @ 9:05 the temperarure is -4 degrees.  And i realize the game will be played @ 12 or 1 but, what affect will this have on the game scheme?  When does UMHB leave?  Maybe they can do some sort of practice in the conditions???

Yes, it does make you say a bad word. It was -14 when I left the apt this morning, so cold that the sensor in my truck didn't even recognize that it was low on antifreeze. Long story short, the weather man predicted a low of 21 degrees. That means he's off by about 35 degrees. In this type of cold, the ground is frozen and your cleats won't break the surface making it very very slippery. -14 is a big difference from 32 degrees......if that counts as cold.

I hope for their sake there's no hockey players...that season's already a month old!  Although, Ice skates on a football field has happened before...up at UM a couple of years ago and coming up on New Year's Day in Pittsburgh.

Don't know if either will play but Patrick Oliver and Tyler Hykel are both listed on UMHB's roster in the game notes. Hykel is listed on the two deep chart and Oliver is just on the roster.

As a MUC guy, I would like to send out a huge "good luck" to the Crusaders this Saturday.  I really, really don't want to see WWW again in the Stagg.  Been there, done that.  Twice.

Ya, and watching MUC win, what is it, something like 9 out of the last 13 Championships, that isn't boring to anyone.

And it is UWW.

I know it's officially UWW, but I use WWW just because it drives the Wisc WhiteWater folks nuts.

It's meant in good humor.  I'll be one of the first to come back on Post Patterns and congratulate any team that has beaten Mount Union...especially UWW.  To step up, keep fighting, and overcome a great team will always generate praise in my book.  Heck, as a Giants fan I even give kudos to the Cowboys for the way they've beaten my team twice this year.

Sorry to hear about your ailment.   

I personally could never be a giants fan, apart from my Cowboy fandom, I have an affinity for the redskins.  Besides ElyMa irritates me as a QB.  He reminds me of Chris Simms...all of the tools and ability, but can't shake the shadow of their famous relatives and I believe press too much when they're playing.
