Guys...

You can't throw out the bread and butter of your offense, just because a team is good enough to give you trouble or to stop it.  What is UMHB supposed to do, put in a new offense starting Week 13 when you start to play high caliber teams???

The option got us to the semi's this year, deep in to the playoffs two years past, and to the Stagg Bowl the year before that.  If it can't take you the rest of the way... then the other team is just better than you and they deserve to be there.
YOU KNOW IT!!!!

Just wanted to say that I thought it was a pretty even game.  I enjoyed watching both teams play this afternoon on my computer.  I expected more of what you normally do, but at any rate, you stayed with the Warhawks.  It wasn't decided until the last couple of minutes!  Such a better game that the MUC-Bethel.  Always seems to be a laugher on that side of the bracket.  Safe trip home to everybody.  Safe trip up to Roocru and Crualum39 and any Cru fans who are coming to the Stagg because it's the National Championship game.  Stone Station will be there with open arms and yummy food to welcome you'all!
Brownies for Film Day--Now there's a Slogan I can live with!!!:)  Go EAGLES!

Congrats to the Cru and all the fans.  It was a great game to watch.  You got a great team.  Wow, what speed. A play or two made all the difference today.  Good luck and safe travels back to Texas for your fans in Whitewater today. Whitewater fans have a LOT of respect for you guys!

Just can't leave points on the board when you're on the road against a great football team.

UMHB had an XP blocked and missed a field goal.  Welch threw a pick inside the 10.  Heck, that's 11 points right there.  That's enough to tie it.  Let alone everything else.  I'm still not real sure what happened on the 4th and goal play from the 9 in the 3rd quarter.

Tells you an awful lot just how good the Cru were this year.  The first result just wasn't an accurate representation of that football team's true talent.

Actually, UMHB blocked an extra point, missed a field goal and had a bad snap on a field goal and had first and goal inside the five.  The pick was pretty in consequential .  Less than a minute to go in the half on fourth down and long.  Td if the play works, it didn't and UWW took a knee to go to the half.  The stop on 1st and goal inside the 5 was a much bigger deal.
My wife and I are Alumni of both UMHB and HSU.  You think you are confused, my kids don't know which Purple and Gold team to pull for.

Congrats to UWW on the win. Congrats to the CRU on a great season.  We should finish #3 in the final rankings.

Good luck to UWW in the Stagg and I hope you win the NT this year.

Congrats to the Cru on a great season. #3 out of 230 plus teams.

In order to win today, we needed to convert the four trips to the red zone, and we did not.

Great season for the Cru.  Wish it could have gone on for another week.  I hope all the teams in the ASC have a productive off season.  Heck, I can't wait for next year.

According to the Official Stats, UMHB was 1-2 on red zone scoring opportunities and UWW was 2-2.  The INT at the end of the first half was thrown from the WW 27. The missed FG was snapped from the WW23.

Why in the world?
Would you care to elaborate?

Personally, I would step off the sidewalk if they were coming in the opposite direction.  I would bet on 'em in Vegas if I could. I would tell other people who care to listen all about them...but, it's the All-American Underdog for me.

Great Season for the Crusaders. You lost to a very worthy opponent today. I truely believe that everyone left it all on the field today. I really feel sorry for the Seniors, as I know what it feels like to walk off the field for the last time. I'm already looking forward to next year. GO CRU!!!!
Walking on thin ice cuz someone lost......again.

They beat us 3 for 3, why should I pull for them now to win the big one. Even though getting to the bowl is a great accomplishment, I hope they will come home as 3 for 3 in losses against the overdog.
