Wouldn't it be great??  Too bad the travel $$$ are an issue.

Howard Payne already has their schedule.

Sept 13th the 2nd part of a series against Texas College

Sept 20th against Bacone College.  NAIA school that I've never heard of.

"Bacone College is a four-year liberal arts college affiliated with the American Baptist Church embracing a historic educational mission to American Indians.

Since our doors opened in 1880 we have been serving students from all regions, nations and walks of life. Bacone is the oldest college of continuous education in the State of Oklahoma and is prepared to be your Alma Mater.

Our beautiful 187-acre campus, faculty and staff invite you to join us during an exciting time in your life when you are setting the course of your future through the educational choices you make. Come find out why Bacone College is the place you need to be!! "

They were 4-7 last year and beat Texas College 42-17 for their only conference win.   They're located in Muscoqee OK.

I know that HSU and Linfield have re-upped their home-home contract for another two years--something I'm excited about as a HSU fan.

Isn't HSU playing the UW-LAX on September 6, 2008, though?  I think we owe them a return trip, and was pretty sure that was a two year deal...

The Linfield-HSU game is in Abilene on the 13th per the Linfield web site, which means the Cowboys could play LaX on the 6th.

Josh Bowerman

I'm just wondering why it shows both teams as having the open date, Ron.  This game should have already been on the books.

Someone forgot to enter their dates.  There are several schools like Colorado College and Wesley that are in the same boat.

Ron are you saying that Wesley has a full schedule? I was hoping UMHB could play them in the regular season.
