It's pretty unusual for a team to be playing its first game against a team playing their third.  I'm sure UMHB is glad they had the "scrimmage" with the team from Mexico.

QuoteI'll see if I can get some video and post it to youtube throughout the game.

That got you karmalized!

Nobody play with with too much electronics if that rain hits you.

Who can put Wildcat11 up for a week if he gets grounded down there?

I'M BACK!!  I'm sure you all remember me from last your, the incredibly intellegent, boyishly handsome, money makin MAN, the proud cru alum who's here to mix it up and annoy you once more this season.  I'm pretty sure the Cru will dominate this year, as all of you are i'm sure, the only question is, "can anyone give us a game"?  As always, i'll start with my years preview, and i'll start with the coaches.

Every successful football team is anchored by it's offensive and defensive lines, and the Crusaders are no exeption!  The man coaching the offensive line is a man who needs no introduction, all I have to say is, "all right, okay", but Joe George is more than just alright or okay, he's the best offensive line coach in the country.  Parents, rest assured, if you send you son to play football for this man he will turn him into 1 6'8 390 pound hairy Dline eating Gorilla.  Yes sir, Joe George is alright, and he's definitely okay!!
The Dline is anchored by and anchor, his name is Marvelous Marvin Agnew, the toughest ol ball coach in the country, Marv leads by example.  Rest ssured, Ol Marvelous will get run over onced or twiced on the sideline this year, ya see he's not a nimble as he onced was, but he'll pop up, instilling the values of never quiting, and never staying down for long to his players.  Helping out Coach Agnew will be Sir Carl of Greenbrier, otherwise know as Mark Carey.  Sir Carl got because he sometimes likes to dtress up in a knights suit to rally the troops, it works well, when in his knight suit Sir Carl instills the leadership of a war hero, and his players follw, i've seen this personally, and its inspiring!

The Defensive ends will be coached by upstart coach Kieth "I ain't no Punk" Zunk..................er.  To quote Lil Wayne, or Weazy for you old folks, Coach Zunk is the "Definition, of Definition", need I say more.  Zunk will have them playing and watch out for Mark Manning, this kid is human lightning.

The LB's are lucky, they get to play for the smartest coach in all the nation, David "I love my inlaws" Branscom.  Now, David had some abnormalities at birth that have led to his success, he was born with a slighly, shall we say.......larger.....brain then everyone else, and you can tell by the size of that knoggin, but Coach Hasselhoff uses his gift well, coaching some of the best players in the country, like Eric Henri, he should pick up where Jerrell Freeman left off last year.

Helping in the secondary is Ricky "loco" Lopez, everyone is real proud of his advancment in the CRU front office as he has made his way from get back and sock and jock coach, to helping with the secondary. Ricky will be ehlping the most famous coach on the Crusader staff, D Coordinator, Larry "the Hitman" Harmon.  The Hit man is back and cold as ever, being one of the most distinguishable coaches in all the land, he's easily recognizable, some say he looks like Guile from Street Fighter, while other compare him to Howie Long, either way, the flat top will be rockin this year.  Larry is also famous for not being able to gain access to high school recruiting meetings because he his shorts are often "too far above the knee"  Rest assured, this guy is the best defensive coach in the nation, his players will back him up

Offensively the Crusaders TE's will be led by Tito "Midget" McNutt, they call him that because he's Huge!!  This guy is the real deal, a heck of a coach that knows the offense well, he reps the Cru well!!

RB's are coached by future hall of famer Jeff "skinn to win" Shinn, they call him that because he used to wear very little clothes when he played.................Jeff is likely to tkae over as head coach of the Cru football program when Pete Fredenberg gets tired of winning................ALL THE TIME!!!!!!!!!

O Coordinator and rugged rock climbing enthusist is Matt "My Baby's Momma" Robinson.  This dude is the real deal, but he's sneaky, Matt has been instilling confidence in his offense by stealing the defensive practice script and calling plays that can not fail, the end result is a confident offense that is ready to go every saturday.  Matt can not fail

Last and certainly not least, the Godfather, Pete Fredenberg!!  Folks, if Kieth Zunker is the Definition of Definition, then Pete Fredenberg is the Epitome of Epitome, this dude is crazy good at coaching and life, Pete, not to be confused with his new grandson Lil Pete so we'll call him Big Pete, Big Pete is the best football coach in the country and his players know it, hes got em going and ready for any competition that comes thier way.  What people may not know is the Big Pete used to wrastle bears in the offseason to stay in shape, he also worked as a tug boat operator "bringing the ships in" for some time.  Yes, Big Pete is a man of honesty and integrity, he'll let you know where you stand at all time, trust me!!

Thats a wrap, stay tuned, i'll be back to annoy yall some more later, also, shout outs to my soon to be refugee buddy Russell Plack, Lil Cut at Southern Miss, Tony Salazar at Dripping Spring, 2-0, keep it up, and of courrse the Johnson Brothers, Jared in Nashville and Jack at Bridgewater, Cru Family, Represent!!!

Either that or he'll let them turn themselves into convicted felons that drive across town and shoot a non-football-playing student from an opposing school because he wouldn't give up the $20 in his wallet for the coin they needed to buy a couple of dime bags.

That's the type of discipline his teams have had in the past, parents.  Ask around McMurry, and they'll tell you the same.

Ouch Josh, not sure what event you are talking about but I would assume that people who go around shooting anybody is the exception not the rule for any program.

This is the political season, so this should come out in the "vetting" process.   ;)

It happened as Josh states and it required the McMurry administration to act.

Ralph and Josh,  was he an OU transfer?   :D  Just kidding.

I think I like Josh Bowerman. He's a loyal HSU supporter and he is quick to pull the trigger (no pun intended) to set the record straight on may issues. Not that any of you cared about my opinion here. Good luck to HSU this weekend.

Yeah, i don't know about that either Josh, but from the loks of you, you could probably use one of those 6'8 390 hairy dline eating gorillas for protection............you stud you!

Wow.
Every family has it's problems, I suppose.

Isn't it weird that we wait 8 months for the season and then something as natural as weather knocks us off kilter? Good luck - and until they can spin hurricanes that's what it is - to everyone in the wake.

That is a low blow!! Someone is showing their admiration for a coaching staff that has made a positive impact on people (Crualum). No reason to bring up old happenings to try to belittle his post.  All or most coaches have had players do things similar to the before mentioned  including Coach K.  Lets not get upset about school spirit .
  If I could -100 Krama

Very Unlike you From What I Have seen so far!
