Wesleydad,
You should have been here for the North Carolina Weslyan game this same weekend last year. It rained hard, and was bitterly cold and windy. I felt sorry for the NCWC players who apparently didn't bring cold weather gear to Texas.

Oh my that NCWC game was miserable, it was the first time in my life I was praying for snow hoping it would not be as bad a freezing ran.

Felt terrible for the NCWC players, I had the chance to go to the press conference afterwards and the players were shaking the entire time.

Yeah, that game was horrible! Those players were miserable. I was and I had layers! Soaked to the bone! I dont think it will be like that tomorrow. It will be cool though.

So I've freed up the morning schedule and can do whatever in the way of tailgating before the game. Where will everyone be? I'd like to meet some of you and say hi to those I've met.

He was in San Antonio visiting his grandma and them drove back to Temple for the Wesley President's reception at the hotel. I believe they were headed to the BJ Brewhouse later or a country dance place (something and diamonds?)

2001, as conrad stated, we ended up at bj's brewhouse, great place for anyone who likes to have microbrew beer and the pizza was also good.

just left my tailgating friends from wesley, we are meeting at 900 to go get some stuff and should be at the field at 10 or so if all goes well. i hope that all of you stop by and say hi, as i said we do this because it is fun and the people we meet are part of the experience. just look for the 13 jerseys.

i expect a good game and the chance to meet some more great d3 fans.

roocru, we hear that the team is going to your bbq after the game before they fly home so it looks like we will be there.

Game Day- I am so excited I havent got a wink of sleep, and Mr Pat Coleman I really like the predicition made me smile

. My predicition (not that it matters) Crusaders by 12 points. Wesley fans I hope you had a safe flight to Belton trust me I have made the flight to Wesley in 2006 and 2007 so I kinda know how you feel. Should be a great game and in the words of Derrick Williams the "texas-delaware" rivalry is definitely brewing and will be an intense game.

GAME DAY. WEATHER WILL NOT BE A FACTOR.

SHOULD BE A GOOD ONE. I DONT THINK EITHER TEAM WILL LIGHT UP THE SCOREBOARD AS BOTH D'S ARE REALLY GOOD. IF WESLEY CAN AVOID THE TURNOVERS I THINK THEY WIN IN A LOW SCORING GAME 21 - 13.

SEE ALL YOU UMHB FANS AT THE GAME. WE WILL BE A SMALL, BUT VOCAL GROUP, SOMEWHERE AROUND A DOZEN OR SO. TIME TO GET READY.

I am looking forward to a great game. I won't be able to make it to the game, but I did have an opportunity to make it down to Belton and talk with some of the coaching staff. The preparation for this week is intense as it is every week. I am planning on listening to the game. I think it will be a close game also, but both teams will get some points on the board. My guess would be UMHB 35 Wesley 27. Would love to see the Cru continue to improve each week. Hope everyone has had a great thanksgiving break. GO CRU!!!

A sincere congratulations to Mary Hardin Baylor in their win (or route) of Wesley today. You played a physical game that took Wesley's offensive line and linebackers right out of it. Keep it up and you will be seeing the Stagg Bowl again. Well done!

Wow Teamski I know that wasnt easy to say and defeat is never easy to swallow but thanks for the sincere congratulations- great game today and hope your fans have a safe trip back to Delaware. I admire you for having the courage to congratulate another team in the wake of your side losing.

Well, to be honest, I think the band was way too loud, which made it completely unfair to Wesley.... Definately too much cowbell.
