Also, unlike in years past, LK can let his starters sit earlier. They have had plenty of games this year where starters had to play the whole game.
Muskies could be tough for a while.
Let's assume , ( I KNOW) Mount plays Mount football. Don't be surprised if Mason gets early some action. 2nd team QB hasn't gotten as many snaps as in years gone by. LK like to cover all the bases.

I'm posting to ask all you OAC followers regardless of what jersey color you support for a moment of silence and a prayer.  ONU has lost a true friend and assistant coach;  Coach Bendekovic, offensive co-ordinator, unexpectedly passed away this afternoon from a blood clot.  He will be sadly missed by all those whose lives he has touched over his years of coaching and by just being a friend.  I know those from B-W know what I am talking about.

You'll be missed Coach "Bendo", God Bless

Coch Benny was a great man.  I played for him when he was at BW and against him when he was at Northern.  I was disappointed when BW lost him, but happy he was moving on to a bigger and better position.  He was a big man, full of love and kindness. Coach Benny had a way of walking into a room and putting a smile on everybody's face.  He will be greatly missed.

Coach cared about his palyers and alsways extended himself to help a student in need. He was a great coach and a good friend.  All of us remeber his days with the Big Blue fondly. Beenie we will mis you.

b4uknewit:
I can appreciate your opinion.  Not trying to argue with you at all.  I also believe Mount will be a team to be reckoned with for many years to come, and that it will probably not end anytime soon.  But people said that about Augie back in the '80's in their national run and Albion in their '90's barage on the MIAA (you could even go back to the '50's, for example, when Hillsdale was killing all the MIAA teams - and some upper level division teams as well and going to some minor bowl games).   All I was saying is that someday Mount will not be the one winning the title every year (let alone vying for the national championship, although again it will most likely be a long time before that happens.  The same goes for those teams trying to improve to the next level - takes along time and that was my context of the discussion as mentioned.  It really had nothing to do against Mount.  That being said, I see where you are coming from as well.

Anyway, always good to have a discussion with you and your collegeagues.  BTW, only thing I have to "rub in" ;D is that indeed I am a Michigan fan - my dad is an alum.  I do like Tressel and admit I tend to root for OSU from time to time - except against Michigan of course (although that would have never happened a few years ago at least for me!) ;)  Talk to you later.

I would also like to add my condolences to Coach B's family and the ONU staff, players, and university on his unexpected tragic passing.  All will be in my prayers.  A shocking loss.

Be carefull what you wish for because that wish will come true.

"The Boys" will be there  just like last year in Columbus. You will see a repeat performance of a good old fashion "Butt Kick'en" by those same Buckeyes.

You see JC has left Columbus and has morphed into the body of a guy named Lloyd.  And just like before he has the superior talent (or so some experts say) and doesn't have a clue what to do with it.

You lost to the Gophers??????????????? Little Brown Jug anyone?

OSU45  Gophers 31

If it weren't for a gimmy TD at the end it would have been an Official Monkey Stomp.

WELCOME TO THE MACHINE!

My condolences to the ONU family.  If someone could perhaps message or email me with the pronounciation of his name, that would be a big help.

fat_old_LB

its pronounced BENDEKOVIC(BEN DECK O VICK) , at bw we called him coach benny.  he was a great coach, and he was one of the main reasons our program turned from a constant 6-4 to a playoff team in his 2 years there.  also is a reason why it hasnt continued to stay a playoff team after he left.  He deserved that ONU spot at the OC, and i believe he wouldve been a head coach in the OAC within the next 10 years, he loved football and knew the game very well.  he was great with his players and he will be missed dearly.

Pat.........
Seriously....... what does KO-HAWK have to do to get the boot?  I'd have to say that -23 karma is getting pretty close to that line if he hasn't already surpassed it.  Not only is he a continuing flame-fest, he's bringing the flames at a most inappropriate time.
And for the students, another full drawer of clean undies!
