Pierre Garcon Watch -

The Colts must have decided to do late-season try-outs tonight.  Four different players have kickoff returns for Indy.

Pierre's 32-yard return is 6 yards longer than the other three combined!

[Plus a special-teams tackle.]
Never underestimate the stimulation of eccentricity.

Heading out at 6 AM myself! See ya'll down in Salem!

UW-Whitewater braces for Kmic

Thanks for the link. Great read. UWW has done a great job defending Nate. MUC need to be successful at the line of scrimmage to prevail in this game.

Gotta love Whitewater coach's sense of humor on subject of Nate Kmic:

"If I look at his statistics too long, I'm liable to cancel the whole trip," Leipold said.

Setback vs. Pointers helped Warhawks regain wits another one from the Milwaukee Journal/Sentinal.  Also, click on notes for additional bits and quotes.

QuoteThey steam-roll teams. I think we're the best team they're going to see all year. I think that has been the case the last three years. You can say what you want about their statistics; it's phenomenal what they do. But we're definitely a different breed. They don't see a team like us until the championship game. We'll see.

Safe Travels to you all.  Be careful in those Wes' Virginny hills.  Weather was pretty bad early in the week south of you all... in KY and WV.  Wife says it's better in KY now, so I assume WV is better, but you never know with the highway tucked into valleys and on bridges...

Good luck to both teams.  I'll catch Pammy from TX at 0900 Mountain time on Saturday before I head home for the Holidays next week.  No plans to visit Alliance because Mom is taking a cruise and Dad is "wintering" in Tampa since he retired.  Will probably stop by Cap on my way to Mansfield to see my Grandparents though.  Need some new gear!

expect Foggy conditions as you get closer to the West Virginia border.  The temps are rising, the snow/ice is melting and its causing the fog.
