How'd you know Saintsfan was a cross dresser?  I didn't think we posted any pictures of him in A-town last fall.

He has a Facebook profile and it's all too clear on his page what his issues are.  And besides, that's how Badin guys roll.

Blog EntryMount Union Announces 2009 Recruits
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Mount Union College has announced three student-athletes who have committed to play football next season for the Purple Raiders.

Louisville High School Quarterback Neal Seaman to Play Football at Mount Union College

(ALLIANCE, OH)—Louisville High School senior Neil Seaman has committed to attend Mount Union College this Fall and participate on the football team.

Seaman, a 6-1, 205-pound quarterback, was an All-Ohio selection who was the Division II Co-Offensive Player of Year.  He also was WHBC Player of the Year, North East Inland Offensive Player of the Year, Canton Repository Player of the Week and Team MVP for head coach Paul Farrah at Louisville High School.

He set school records for most passing yard (5,170), passing yards in a season (2,631), touchdowns in a season (29) and career (49), highest completion percentage (.615) and total career yards (7,150).

Seaman plans to study mechanical engineering at Mount Union and is the son of Bob and Jill Seaman of Louisville.

Wondering how Seaman would major in mechanical engineering at Mount, I checked Mount's site for academic majors and found there is a way to get there (see link below).  Mount has an arrangement with the University of Pennsylvania for a graduate degree in engineering after his football career at Mount.  Not too shabby.   I really hope he makes it.

I've heard that MUC is starting a Civil and Mechanic Engineering Department very soon.  By the time Seaman gets to thru all the math and science stuff, it should be rolling full bore.

Now I just have to figure out how wiggle my way into teaching a Civil class or two.......

First thing to focus on is being civil.  Then worry about teaching it.

Never mind then.  It isn't worth the effort.

SaintsFan........I would have to resort to telling you a "you should have seen me back when" story to have anything fun or relevant to say regarding St. P day.  I worked WAY too hard yesterday (that means I actually had to almost put in an eight hour day), took the dog for walk, and split a bottle of wine with "the boss" while watching TV.

I am SO FRICKIN' lame!   :-\

On another note.......Jr. decided his baseball days were over (he was an all-star level player in LL, but didn't really love it), and thought it was a good idea to run track.  HA HA HA!  I LOVE IT!  It is totally kicking his a#$.  It will be a great way to get/stay in shape for the upcoming summer football camp season, and ultimately football season next year.  He will attend the MUC camp in June, and then the full contact O-D camp at the end of June.

Due to no baseball coaching for me this year, I will be able to get back to drinking....er....playing in a golf league this spring.   ;D

Wideout

OK its spring football anyone make it too the first practice today at M/U?

No he gets mad if I watch, says I'm bad luck.

skunks,

where did you guys decide to take him for the contact camp?  I remember you asking around about it.

...I'm not far away from having to tell the "back when" stories myself.  My recovery today was not ideal and I think this will give me pause for future endeavors on the bar scene during Amateur Night.

Hope things are well for you, your boy and tell Skunk that I said hi also.
