Pat - Muskingum finally got a vote, I think we can drop the poll

I usually let whoever put it up take it down.

Nice job on the kickoff, Pat.

Except for the whole PAC predictions you guys did, I think its very good.   ;)

"Senior quarterback Kurt Rocco (Cincinnati/Roger Bacon) will make his first collegiate start this week." from the game notes. From Twitter.

Other positions/roster spots of interest.
No. 2 QB - Seaman. Not surprising. Question is how long?
No. 2 Receiver behind Vince - another freshman from Louisville.
Defensively another freshman from Louisville behind Joe Millings.

It won't be long it he keeps staring down his intended receivers

Brandon Mathie (WR) was a playmaker at Louisville, but even I'm surprised he already made the 2 deep.  That's a testament to how well he must be doing in practice.  It's also further confirmation that LK practices what he preaches...the best guys play.  Period.  He must think they're at that level and the fact that they're freshmen doesn't keep them off the 2 deep even though there are numerous older kids (who are no doubt good) at their positions.

Wideout

I really think they have to bring up some receivers to get ready for next year. Need to work out some of the butterfly's now see how much faster the game is now, just another step.

Good point Wideout.  I'm just going to sit back and enjoy the Cecil/Vince/AJ show this year!

raiderpa

plus it looked like Claycomb got banged up in the scrimmage..any reports??

Wideout

AJ is fine ready to play, everyone gets a little banged in 2 a days

Clicked on North Region and thought I accidentally clicked on the wrong region...then I saw us at the bottom.  Can't have that!

I saw that Chaz Jordan moved from S to CB.  Anyone have any thoughts on how he looked during the scrimmage (or practice) after that move?  I'm a fan if only because it gets Alex Ferrara on the field.  I have high hopes for him.

Just read the entire game notes to the Marietta - Thiel game IN 2008. Damn Google. That moron thing may be catching ;D

My only concern with Jordan at CB is his 5'-8" frame.  He looked fine in the scrimmage and definitely displayed the athleticism last yearto handle playing CB, but a 5'-8" corner could present some serious match up problems come playoff time.

Was very surprised to see 3 freshmen from Louisville on the 2-deep.  I assumed Neal Seaman would be the 2nd QB from the day he committed, but Brandon Mathie at WR was a surpise.  I figured it would take him a year before he'd see the field at all and he might end up at DB.  And Cory Whaley at DE is an absolute shock.  He was a very good HS player, but he didn't look anywhere near physically ready to see the field on the D-line the last time I saw him.  I assumed a couple years in the weight room would be required for Whaley to bulk up before he'd play on Saturdays.   Guess I was wrong.
I find easily offended people rather offensive!
