some of them went to people other than players if I remember right, in which case it might be a little less precious and probably somewhat embrassing to wear

"I need to be in Dayton, OH by 7 pm tonight to be inducted into my HS athletic HOF."

Perfect!  Do you have that copyrighted?  Would you mind if I borrow it some time?   :D

I seem to have lost my Congressional Medal of Honor around here somewhere :D

BTW I'm in the new touch screen Mount Union Hall of Fame  ;) If you go to Track and Filed and press Vaughn Davis, I'm the guy standing next to Vaughn. I knew I'd make somehow  ;D

Seventies,

I remember Vaughn Davis, Do you remember Bob Siefers ( SN from Pittsburgh) and Jim Lusk?

You had a great post going until you went to the 1997 team against Lycoming.  Lycoming?  Seriously?  Lycoming was easily the worst of the Stagg opponents going against the best MUC team.  That one was over before it even started.
It was 14-0 by the time I made it in from the parking lot!

it will be interesting to see what happens when Gonzalez comes back.  Ideally, Pierre and Reggie Wayne are better suited for the outside, and Gonzalez and Collie in the slot with Clark.  Pierre may not start any longer but he will get plenty of PT, especially with being the best run-blocking WR on the team
The big problem for Garcon is that Manning throws about 70% of his passes to the left side.

But you're right ... the Colts love his run and pass-blocking.  That will keep him on the team and available to use that speed for long-hitters.
Never underestimate the stimulation of eccentricity.

Vaughn doesn't look any different than he did 40 years ago. I know all those guys, I was on the 67,58 and 69 track teams. By the spring of 1970 I was playing for the US Army   :D

Still missing a TON of picks.

With Mount on the road this week, please don't wait until the last minute to post.  Having them up by early Friday evening would be great which will allow me to enter them that night instead of after we get home from our beautiful trip to Tiffin Saturday night.

Thanks.
I find easily offended people rather offensive!

Coach, don't you mean your trip to "beautiful Tiffin"?? ;D  Anyone else see a "trap game" for Capital this week vs. JC?

I originally meant it your way, but after thinking about it some more, I think I did it right.  The trip is much nicer than Tiffin itself......

"Top ranked Mount Union goes on the road for the fourth time in six games so far this season when the Purple Raiders play against Heidelberg Saturday in an Ohio Athletic Conference matchup at 1:30 pm at Frost-Kalnow Stadium in Tiffin."

The Raiders will perform well this Saturday, hear the weather will not be too good anywhere in Ohio!
