Hmmm, so Mount is heading to Virginia with the following players out:

QB Kurt Rocco:  #1 ranked passer in D3
Joe Millings:  OAC's defensive lineman of the year and their most dynamic defender
Scott Panchik:  starting TB

To even things up, how about Whitewater pulls Donovan, Coppage and their best defender?  If Whitewater is really that good, they shouldn't have a problem kicking our butts on an even playing field.
I find easily offended people rather offensive!

Statistics are like bikinis; what they reveal is interesting, what they hide is essential.

Have you heard anything definite, or is this just your speculation?

Heard what happened to Millings through a secondary (potentially unreliable) source... Not sure if I believe it or not... I am definitely not in a position to post, in the case I heard wrong. If we get a confirmed story posted, I can find out how legitimate my "source" is.

until I see LK on the injury report Mount Union will ALWAYS be the favorite IMO...WW isn't going to be dumb enough to under estimate a "injured" Mount Team...an injured mount team is still good enough to win a national semi final game...I'm thinkin that they will hold their own in the NC game!!!

Coach Kehres keeps himself in good shape, should he have to play QB again! ;D

Anybody need a square toed straight ahead field goal kicker (with a gut like Lou Groza's) I got a year left

Mr. Ypsi

BTW, if Joe Millings is still absent, perhaps you could sneak in Brandon Graham (just about the ONLY bright spot for Michigan.)  He was probably the best DE in the nation this year, and he shouldn't be busy this weekend!) ;)

bleedpurple

So why is Joe Millings not playing? I've not seen a report of an injury.

seventiesraider

Hey, with all this whining about Millings did anybody notice the job Jambert Budzinski did at DE. He has to be the best non-starting defensive player in DIII.  I'm sure Wesley's quarterback will be seeing visions of him for weeks.

Lambert is actually playing inside at DT with Williamson moving to the end.  not much of a drop off without Millings, is it 7 sacks for Lambert in the past two weeks?   freshman Charles Dieuseul is putting up some big numbers in limited action as well
