One heck of a problem. Keep winning and hope for a Linfield victory so they can visit the Machine in Ohio,

Orrrrrrrrrrr Keep winning and hope for a Tommies ( The Tommies Suck you know) victory and take the Machine on the road to the Twin Cities for a JJR Special Edition of the Stiftingfestivities.

Oh and a Monkey Stomp of the Tommies. We should have a good crowd of casual Raider (Johnnie) fans in attendance as well. Duff dust off your Raider lid! ;)

Sidekick and skunk,

Should be a Pancho's tomorrow for pregame . ;D
WELCOME TO THE MACHINE!

Maybe Coach Kehres will open the playbook a little this Saturday? While it will be 38-40, I am hearing changing forcasts to rain/snow vs. sun. Either way it will be windy! :)

If I stay true to form-(and  past history seems to bear it out that I will) there will be bigger messes than that made by me on the forum

Raiderguy.......10 bells.......be there!   ;)

Spent some time this morning (it's nice to have the day off) digging through my cold gear getting ready for tomorrow.  I hope that tomorrow is a true "welcome to the machine" performance by the Raiders.

I predict a 42-14 type score, but I would prefer more of a 49-7 final.   ;)

I like that one too, seventies! :)  +k.  Maybe they ought to tell that one to Vince Young! ;D  He could use the lesson! :)

I tend to think your score prediction(s) are probably going to be pretty close.  We'll see what goes.

Sidekick-I'd like to see you tell Budzinski and Kershaw they are going to give up two touchdowns :-\

Anybody know if Charles Dieuseul is ready to go tomorrow?

Getting it ready for Mogadore-Shadyside at Steubenville tonite. Also getting the brass knuckles, and conceal carry permit in case we need to fight our way out of there  :D

Oh my seventies, it sounds a bit scary!  Is that in the tradition of the "Woody Hayes" "temporary insanity" episodes? ??? ::) ;D  BTW, speaking of that, I just acquired the original AP wire photo for my personal collection of him ripping off his headphones at the 1977 Ohio State/Michigan game after Michigan recovered Ohio State's fumble on the Michigan 2 yard line - and 3 seconds before the famous "Woody Hayes Punch I" (you know, the "one below the belt" to that ABC TV camaraman! ;D  I witnessed that on live TV (I usually went to the Michigan/Ohio State games after our season was done as my dad was a Michigan alum) but didn't go that year.  There are other photos of him ripping off his headphones at other games with a raised left arm and just prior to slamming them to the turf - a usual trait for him (he could be very amusing at times just as we all know - just like Bo), but that one I remember so well and have always chuckled about it (obviously, the ABC camaraman wasn't laughing at the time ;)), but most people don't remember that punch but rather only the "Woody Hayes Punch II" a year later at the Gator Bowl which cost him his job.  Anyway, while keeping tab on the DIII playoff games tomorrow, I will be watching the Ohio State/Michigan game (The Vest vs. the Rod).  I'll obviously be rooting for Michigan, but if they lose (and I shouldn't say this here), I kind of hope they get crushed and perhaps/maybe (?) that will be the signal to the U of Mich administration that it is time to day "adieu" to Rodriquez. ;D

while I'm new to this site and  D3football, my guy "massey ratings"( and I am not new to his site)- has it @ 27-7
If he's as good at college ball as he is with high school trust in his calls, esp after 5-6 games into a season

Not sure who the home team is and I gotta get to the Press Box. I recall going down on the river for Alliance HS games in the sixties and you had to fight your way to your car. Don't think much has changed down on the river and since we stand a pretty good chance of winning, things could be ugly.

And this isn't a "then and now" thing. It's not been that long ago that Windham parents were throwing rocks at the Mogadore buses after the game.

And BTW Massey has Mogadore a 21-14 winner. Yes, I agree that late in the season statistics become very telling

Interested that The Review article I read said the conventional wisdom on stopping Mount is focus on Jeremy Murray. I think I'd give Murray what he gets and focus on Shorts and Miller. Then of course Mount can fake to Murray and pound Ryder into the line

Actually, that is kind of sad re: "then and now" as you relate.  I recall one game (and only one game in high school) where we had to keep our helmets on inside the bus even because fans from the other school were throwing rocks at us after we upset their team which was ranked 3rd in the state. Very sad that some people resort to that kind of thing, even in this present day.  Anyway, I hope your trip is safe there tomorrow, whether you are on your way up to the Press Box or to your car! :)
