You would think that in the year 2010...you could pay to watch a sporting event on the Internet?

You would think it wouldn't keep getting shoved to obscure channels and times

Still missing a ton of picks.  If possible, please post your picks by Friday night.

Congratulations to Trine's Eric Watt for being selected the 2010 Gagliardi Trophy winner this evening at The Stagg Bowl festivities! :)  A great honor!  That gives our MIAA two Gagliardi winners in this decade (Alma College's Brehm recently as most of you will recall).  If we (MIAA) can't quite get all the way back to The Stagg Bowl just yet (since Albion's title in 1994), at least we can tout having two Gagliardi Trophy winners among the nation's DIII elite!  A nice honor for this young man; also congratulations to all the other nine selected Gagliardi candidates including the other three finalists.  All deserving honors for all of them.

We're mostly packed and ready to roll! See you there Wesleydad, sorry to hear your son couldnt make it!  BTW got some brew for you as well! Hope we have plenty of Raider faithful to join us to tailgate, that includes you Pat, Keith and the D3football.com staffers! safe travels everyone!!

Olinemom,
last i was told , this evening, Jorge's father is coming from Florida as well! See you there!

Wanted to listen to rebroadcast of the Bethel Game on the way down tomorrow, but it appears that the podcast download opportunity is gone, yes?  Those mountains of Virginia won't let a cell phone signal through, as I recall, so no way will we be able to enjoy a consistent audio stream from the website.  I still have several of the podcasts of previous years in my library, though.  Maybe we'll listen to Stagg 2008!  Safe travels, all.  Let's pull off the upset!

No offense Formerd3db, but I hope what we see is the emergence of the next great D3 QB from Mount Union. I've been sky high on Piloto (or Florida kid tell Lenny drilled his name in to our heads) ever since I saw him at summer practive two summers ago. Watching him play JV just made it all seem so much more real.

Kehresma-you gotta find the black number 99 in the tail gate. I need to till Karen we met, when we have to neighborhood Christmas party next week. I s/b close to a blond threeteen year old wearing my brothers purple 66 jersey

We'll be hitting the road in less than an hour.  Safe travels to all heading south to sunny & warm Salem Virginia.

Sunny and warm...that's why they play the game in Salem, right?  Try cloudy and cold in Charlotte, even further south.  I'm leaving in about 25 hours and doing an up and back trip tomorrow, providing the wintry mix doesn't strand me somewhere south of I-81.

Wait......am I the only one left on the forum (sound of crickets chirping)???
