Mounts O lines have been big,,d lines not so much,,many days we had d t at around 235 -250,,and de in the 230 or less ,,but all could run well.

we have had a few big dlinemen,,wells (280) of a couple years ago,,but his partner woolf was a tall 230 maybe,,but they were a good combo

Maybe someone here will remember. Was Mount Union ever included in the EA Sports NCAA Football Series? If so, what year? There may or may not be a case of Pepsi Lites riding on this.

BTW, I'm getting ready to watch the NCAA DII football championship which starts in about 1/2 hour (Delta State vs. Minnesota-Duluth; then, of course The Stagg Bowl at 3:30 PM, then the other FCS semi-final tonight between Delaware and Georgia Southern.  Eastern Washington beat defending FCS national champion Villanova last night 41-31 on the former's really eye-blinding red synthertic turf!  And I thought Boise State's blue turf was wild!

Aw crap! I'm watching the Villanova game now and did such a great job of avoiding the score -- thought this forum was safe.    

Oh well, that means I won't miss the beginning of the D2 game.

The Mount linemen typically will average 6' 2" to 6'4" 275-285+, so this year is not unusual. I watched part of the E. Washington game last night, and the red turf almost made me vomit. Things are getting out of hand  with some schools going with the wild colors. What about plan old green?

I have one more question - need your help!  Right now, I'm watching the DII Championship game between Delta State and Minn-Duluth on ESPN2.  I just found out that I have all the ESPN channels on my comcast EXCEPT ESPNU!  So unfortunately, I will miss seeing The Stagg Bowl unless...is it possible to get live broadcast on this d3fb.com  video site  i.e. how do I log on to that - do I have to sign up or is it too late OR is that just the live audio?  Help please - 2 1/2 hours to go!!

It's on their digital preferred package.  I'm just not sure if they could upgrade you in time or what charges they would hit you with for the upgrade (and immediate downgrade).

Long time between posts, but thought today would be the day to get back on board, way more excited for this Stagg Bowl than years past, not sure why, perhaps appreciation grows with age, hoping for a clean well officiated hard hitting end to the D3 season. As an aside, has KC Keeler removed those shades since 1993 or was he just born that cool?

Former D3, call comcast and check to see whether they offer a $5/month "sports package" I had to add it last year as Espn classic wasnt included in the basic digital tier in South Fla and they switched to classic after the weather delay was announced. I kept it for the Big Ten Network and ESPN U is included along with some of the Foxsports channels, NFL network, etc.

Broward - good call.  I use that package on DirectTV for STO and ESPNU... didn't know it existed on ComCast. 

And strange that we had simultaneous Keeler posts.

Yes it is the only feature that Comcast offers that I acutally like, if I didnt face Northeast I would have DirecTV also,
