1st start for QB and you're going to have mistakes.  Too bad it's the national championship game!  :-\

I'm listening to Mark & Ric on my iPod and watching ESPNU when I can stand to watch.
(1310 AM audio is at least 5-10 seconds behind ESPNU's broadcast.)

Kudos to the coaching staff. He's obviously talented with his deep ball and they keep chuckin' it deep. I like it.

What a beautifully drawn up play.

Not exactly the way I wanted to see the half end after being up 21-10, shaping up to be a heckuva last 30 minutes, hope we can make some adjustments and start the 3rd quarter with a big stop

runyr

Minimum mistakes in 2nd half and some big plays would be helpful.  :-*

Whitewater is a great team.  Nothing but respect for the Warhawks here.

Cecil has now played 5 positions in one game: Punt return, Kickoff return, Wide receiver, QB, and Safety!

Congratulations to both teams.

Too much Coppage.  Piloto needs to improve on his short/mid passing routes, but played decently for first start on a National Stage.

All in All another great season.  The future is bright for this young team.  Just couldn't send the Seniors out on a high note.  :(

Painful to watch, particularly the ineffectiveness on offense, but I remind myself that there was a lot of doubt that this young team could make a deep run in the playoffs this year.  Thanks to Cecil and the rest of the seniors - Raider Nation is proud of you.  Now I'm going to cry in my beer and look forward to next year.

+k  My thoughts exactly.  It was such a surreal feeling to think "Man, we REALLY need a turnover because there's no way we can sustain a drive the length of the field."  But we need to take a step back and remember that in August we wondered how far this team could even go due to the youth/question marks.  They went all the way to Salem and played with heart till the very end.  Just not in the cards today.

Congrats to Cecil, Miller, Lambert and Kershaw.  Great careers and leadership from them.
