Bout time I go back to my regular Handle.  Kirasdad, although I now have a son also (7 years old) so I guess I've been around these boards for a while...

I like your "regular" Handle.

Are there any injury/medical sit-outs that may be back in 2011 besides AJ Claycomb?

IF AJ Claycomb returns, then the WR's will be real good again! :)

LK listed as one of the College Coaches that deserve a shot in the NFL. Kind of a dumb list, as all they did was list some of the biggest names out there, but pretty cool to see Mount Union's own listed. http://bleacherreport.com/articles/552985-20-college-coaches-who-deserve-a-shot-at-the-nfl/page/19

Hearing from the WIAC board that the UWW Assistant Coach Bullis turned down the the UW-RF HC position. The reason given is no clear administration committment to the program in terms of investment. Where have we heard that same issue? ;D

Christmas was a gas. All my highly opinionated relatives that usually go on and on about why MTU needs to "move up", were all on the same page raving about how stupid it was that Mount Union changed their name to The University of Mount Union. Given that the crowd included several retired and current college level professors, some of whom may some day leave me a buck or two if they die first, I just smiled and agreed. (for once)

Mount changing their name to UMU is just one of some very mysterious goings on over in Alliance.

If you love the Mount football program, and the person who has led that program for the last umpteen years, please drop Mount's "wonderful" president a nice little love note asking him to quit screwing with a really really really really good thing, and go back to building another new building or buying up some more property on State street.

Just sayin'.....

sidekick:  FYI, I've already placed a call to my cousins in Y-town to help out with the little situation brewing.  Rocco, Pauli and Vinny should have it handled by the weekend.

And speaking of Rocco, Capital has a new QB.  The best part is we get to dust off all the Pentello jokes.

Check your PM for more.
I find easily offended people rather offensive!

Received.......replied.

I don't want to be "that guy" that listens to every rumor, and always assumes the worst.  But after getting independent confirmation of the "situation" in Alliance, I truly believe it's that serious.

Mt. Fan - you were bald-faced lied to by a certain someone.  Just goes to show what kind of integrity we are dealing with over there at this time.

There has always been a divide between certain acadamia (sp) types at Mount and a certain sports program.  They have never liked all the attention and power that the program and its leader received.  Certain people have been waiting for YEARS to have something to bust balls about, and now they think they have it.

Theaprof.......none of this is directed at you....obviously.   ;)

I have sent my little communique to the "great leader".  I urge all of you to do the same.

I am at Mom's in the Raleigh area, and heading to "The Pit" for lunch.  If you have ever watched the Food Network, or the Travel Channel, you know The Pit.  BBQ.......YES!   ;D

OK, what is "the situation in Alliance"?

PM me if you don't want to publicize it please.
