Raider Women BB continues to win, tied for conference lead. The showdown at home with B-W will decide the conference, IMHO unless something else happens. GO RAIDERS! :)

They need to get by ONU on the road next week to set the stage for the showdown

I do think Dom Capers really earned a Super Bowl ring today. Great defensive game calling

Congrats to the PACK and Dom Capers proved his value to the Packers epecially since losing 2 starters in the first half! :)

I was impressed with Capers, too, last night.  I had been thinking after the NFC Championship Game that if he can put together another solid year, he may start to get some consideration for another head coaching position.

IMHO, Dom will be considered a candidate for some HC positions, but he may not want it! :)

Word out of Green Bay is that Capers will return with the Pack, as well as the OC. However, it is possible they may lose 1 or 2 of Capers defensive assistants (LB Winston Moss and Safeties Darren Perry) to DC positions elsewhere. That seems to be the early scuttlebutt.

I hope Preston gets a real shot, but it will be more difficult to be drafted if a player is not at the combine later this month. It would be great though if D3 had two players drafted (assuming CSIII is drafted. likely)! :)

Not sure how many NFL scouts saw Preston play/practice?

Anyone heard any results about Cecil Shorts and the Texas vs. The Nation game?

i'm pretty sure Cecil ended up not going to that game.  I think his plans changed after the hamstring kept him out of the Shine game, and he just planned on getting healthy for the combine

I did not see his name on the rosters and Texas won 13-7. The game received next to no press coverage, so Cecil did not miss much. Just better to get ready for the Combine! :)

I follow CSIII on Twitter and I think he is somewhere out West preparing for the Combine.
