Video looked like it was hand timed also.  Who knows.  Cecil sure looked fast in the first quarter of the 2008 Stagg Bowl when he caught TDs for 55 and 41 yards.

One of those articles stated he watches the Packers a lot, especially patterns his game after Donald Driver and Greg Jennings.  I'd have to give him bonus points for having good taste!!

I don't see his play being as physical as Garcon.  More of speed guy who run's precise routes.  Will be interesting to see if he get's drafted (if there is a draft) and if there is a season this year.

IMHO, Cecil will be drafted, but the excitement of the draft and positive outlook for the fall for the NFL has stopped.

It was kinda hard for me to tell. His Pro Day video looked just like those Stagg Bowl TD's - he seem like he was off and running by himself (unfortunately)!!

IMHO, Cecil will be drafted, but the excitement of the draft and positive outlook for the fall for the NFL has stopped. 

Who knows, maybe Kyle Miller and other DIII'ers can be replacement players
